Lokasi bagus, dan kamarnya sangat bersih, tetapi untuk sarapan prasmanan, tidak banyak pilihan..

Cukup kecewa selama saya menginap di Kingsford Manila karena beberapa alasan 1) Saya telah memesan 10 malam jadi saya harus membayar PHP20.000 ketika saya check-in sebagai deposit, tidak masuk akal karena biasanya mereka hanya akan dikenakan biaya 1 atau 2 malam untuk tujuan deposit. Teman saya yang lain yang datang beberapa hari kemudian dan dia hanya membayar PHP 8.000 untuk menginap selama 7 malam, yang berarti hotel tidak benar-benar memiliki biaya standar untuk itu? 2) Saya menghitung 20 lembar uang kertas PHP1.000 dan menyerahkannya ke resepsionis, dia kemudian menghitungnya dan memberi tahu saya bahwa jumlahnya kurang dari seribu, saya sibuk menyimpan dompet saya kembali ke tas tangan saya sehingga saya tidak benar-benar melihat apa yang terjadi. diantara. Pokoknya saya memberinya seribu peso lagi karena saya pikir saya salah menghitung. Tetapi tepat setelah saya masuk ke kamar hotel saya, saya memeriksa dompet saya lagi dan menemukan bahwa saldo kurang seribu dari yang seharusnya. Karena saya mengubah total 40k peso dari money changer, dan saya tidak membelanjakannya sebelum saya check-in. Saya tidak punya bukti tetapi saya merasa ditipu dalam skenario ini 3) Saya meminta kamar yang tenang tetapi mereka terlalu pintar untuk mengatur kamar yang tepat di samping area konstruksi, syukurlah resepsionis wanita lain berhasil memberi saya kamar lain yang lebih baik. 4) Kartu kunci baik-baik saja untuk membuka kunci pintu kamar saya tetapi selalu tidak berfungsi di lift di mana setiap kali saya harus mencari seseorang untuk membantu saya dalam masalah ini. Itu sangat meresahkan dan membuat saya frustrasi. 5) Menemukan kecoa kecil di kamar saya. Dari segi lokasi, cukup berjalan kaki ke Okada Manila. Tidak ada restoran atau toko serba ada di dekatnya. Awak rumah tangga sangat baik, ramah dan membantu. Ini adalah satu-satunya hal yang ingin saya berikan kredit ke hotel ini.

Hotel ini baru, jadi bersih, lokasinya di tengah Okada Solaire, jadi bisa ditempuh dengan berjalan kaki, jadi sangat bagus. Hanya saja kamarnya terlalu kecil dan kamar mandinya terlalu kecil. Posting gambar tampilan jendela

Tampilannya bagus, tapi kamarnya kecil sekali, tidak ada meja atau kursi, wastafel pun tidak bisa menampung perlengkapan mandi anak laki-laki apalagi perempuan. Nilai uang yang sangat buruk. Satu-satunya keuntungan adalah berada di antara dua ***.

Menunggu 3 jam untuk check-in Banyak wanita di konter mengatakan mereka pemula Tampaknya hanya pemula yang bekerja Wanita Filipina memiliki begitu banyak kepribadian

Pelayanan stafnya bagus, bersih, dan sarapannya sederhana, tapi rapi dan bagus. Yang terbaik dari semuanya, stafnya ramah.

Mereka bahkan tidak membawa air dan bahkan handuk, hanya pada hari saya check in. Ini adalah hotel kelas motel yang tidak ingin saya kunjungi lagi. Setelah menginap satu malam, bersihkan dan ambil barang yang jatuh. Seharusnya aku, tapi pembersihnya tidak pernah datang. tidak Hotel ini adalah favorit saya ㅜㅜ

Booked Kingsford Hotel Manila for pre-advance Mothers Day celebration with my family last May 11 to 12 and i could definitely say it's all worth it ❤️❤️❤️. Checking in and out will just take a couple of minutes ( if there was no long queue). They also give priorities to Senior citizens, pwds, pregnant and those with babies/toddlers. Thumbs up to all the very accommodating staff ☺️❤️ - from the guards at the entrance, the Bellboys who attended to me immediately, Ms. Jessica at the front desk who gave me options for available rooms closest to my requests (understandably, the hotel is jam-packed at that time for Mothers Day),Mr. Roy and his companions who assisted us with our luggages and who gamely posed for my requested video ❤️ , the housekeeping staff for sending the crib & bathrobes I requested and Ms. Angel of the Guest Services whom I first inquired to before I booked. We love our room 😍. Though I wasn't able to get the Deluxe Twin with Okada view, Ms. Jessica was very kind to offer us another option, the Deluxe Queen which is on the 18th (the highest floor), but still with the pool, the main road and a slight view of Okada ❤️. Thanks so much again Ms. Jessica ❤️❤️❤️. The room was very neat and simply beautiful. I so love the floor to ceiling window and all the view including the coastal road 😁. Love your very comfy couch, the carpet ❤️. There's a TV, a mini ref, phone, clothes rack (instead of a cabinet), 2 hair dryers (which I wasn't able to use - not functioning), the usual slippers, safe & a basket for laundry I guess. AC can be controlled too. Since its Mothers Day, i was also expecting a lot of people in the pool area, 😁. Fortunately we enjoyed swimming since the water has just the right temperature. Not too cold, not too warm. I just wish they installed more pool umbrellas during that time I didn't have a review for breakfast since we opted not to get one (for the reason that I'm expecting a long queue during breakfast buffet 😁). Reheating has a fee of P500 if you want your own food to be reheated. Bringing of food and drinks is allowed - a plus!😁❤️ Location is accessible and near to malls - Ayala Mall by the Bay, MOA. Okada is just about 5 minutes walk of which we took advantage of and went back to hotel. Overall - We truly enjoyed our stay and recommends this 4- star hotel for staycations 😍 and will book again 😍 Thank you very much Kingford Hotel Manila ❤️❤️❤️

The hotel is good I have a nice view down the river, the foods waa excellent. But I don't like there way on checking in, because I arrived at 11:00 o'clock in the morning, so tired from my flight, but one of the staff told me that I have to wait unti 3:00pm??? I waited until 3 :00 in the afternoon, the staff said he will call me when 3pm arrive, but 3:08 nobody call.mr thst is why.. I need to go back to the receptionist if I can now enter my room. As in my god, what an experienced. There's more I already booked my stay there and yet the receptionist said I have to wait when somebody will checked out! What the @##£%! I mean what's going on???. While waiting in the lobby I saw many people just arrived from the hotel and yet, they don't waited forcso long hours, they are all well accommodated. While me here WAITING FOR 4 HOURS to get inside? Did I smell, something like...... oh your not rich, i will entertain you later? Can you enlighten me more about there policy!

We enjoyed our stay at kingsford via trip.com . Very affordable. Easy to check in. The staffs are accommodating and always smilling. Indeed Experience Perfection at Kingsford Hotel.

I had the pleasure of staying at this establishment for a period of three days. The customer service provided was exceptional and exceeded my expectations. The value for the money spent was evident, and the cleanliness of the establishment was commendable. Will definitely going back.

Nice new hotel. I had a good stay. Things that could improve: supply tissues and body lotion. I'd certainly recommend this place. Only 10min taxi ride from airport.

You just get what you paid for. It is also a very busy hotel. We had to be on the ones bringing our luggags for they can't assist us. Thanks to the front desk anyway for the souvenir key card

Hotel is near to malls & airport. Staff are friendly & helpful. Good amenities such as swimming pool & sauna rooms. Great value for money.
