The room is nice and the staff are helpful and always smiling. But there are a lot of ants in our room. Sime of the lights are not working.

Just nice. The place is convenient. People are approachable.

Our go to hotel when we need someplacr to rest for the night in airport/manila area. Location is perfect. Public vehicles available to and fro the airport. Lots of dining nearby. SM BF mall adn Shopwise supermarket is a short walk away. Want to explore the city? Mall of Asia and Ikea is also within easy reach from this hotel. There's a resto at the groundfloor of the hotel which offers Breakfast (plated) Reception staff are kind and replies immediately. Rooms are clean. Toilet has the needed amenities. Will surely be back again when we need to be in Manila.

Nice experience using your hotel

Like - very close to a big shopping mall and cemetery where my parents are buried. Staff do their best. Dislike - not good price for the quality of the facilities. Unsafe in the evening. Crossing the street is a challenge.

The stay was very convenient especially for us transient travelers cause the hotel is nearer to the international and domestic airports. The location is also accessible to several department stores / malls and to restaurant services. The hotel, though, needs a little improvement on its cleanliness. The rooms where we stayed has a bit bad smell. The water coming out of the faucet also smells not so good and if we may suggest, the water tank may require overall cleaning. The hallway lights are a bit dimmer and requires increasing the lights wattages.

The staffs were all friendly and helpful but the place needs some improvement. Had problem connecting with the internet. Shower needed some fixing, flooded all the time. Kudos to the staffs, they tried their best.

It serves the purpose of somewhere to sleep. It has the basics, clean toilet, with hot showers. Beds are ok. nothing luxurious here, just the basics, but for the price, can’t complain. The towels are old, but I brought my own towel, anticipating this situation .
