I would like to thank you very much for another wonderful stay. March 28, 2025 we arrived on my birthday and there was a cake and balloons and our room just looked beautiful over looking the sea it was very much appreciated, so a big thank you to everyone. That was our fifth visit to your hotel as we always feel so relaxed the staff the food the service , surrounding area, the gardens the beach everything is just beautiful. The staff even bring drinks to you in the gardens and beach. it is always so lovely to see the same staff who are obviously very happy working at the hotel, forgive me for not remembering his name ( i think it began with an O) but he's the very tall man at reception who loves talking, loves his family and loves cars. My husband always gives him car magazines. We are looking at returning next year and we are just praying that with all your renovations that will be going on you will not lose that beautiful local friendly charm, but it will still be lovely to come and see all your friendly faces and relax. We have recommended your hotel to a few people who also had a lovely stay and we have two family members coming next week in July Keep up the good work everyone at the Louis Imperial

Awww this is our second visit for our 1st wedding anniversary. And we love it. On the day of our anniversary we went back to our room we had a bottle of Prosecco. Flowers,balloons and a happy anniversary cushion on the bed, brought tears to my eyes, the staff here can’t do enough for you,the food is excellent,the cleanliness is spotless which all adds up to an excellent holiday..the bar staff are very knowledgable about different types of cocktails and again very friendly and helpful. Alex the bar manager does exceptionally tomato juice..The managers are here morning, noon and night to ensure everyone’s holiday runs smoothly and enjoyable, the entertainment team are brilliant and get you involved in all the activities..

Hotel was lovely. Clean. Food was good. Welcome was great. 30 min walk to harbour has some lovely bars and shops highly recommend. Only downside, if you want a lie in and fancy a pool or beach day, you can't. You need to be up early to reserve your beds. For my partners birthday they gave bottle of champagne and balloons. Lovely touch. They give you free cans of pop and 2ater each day.

We came here for 10 days in April 2025. From the moment we arrived to going home was absolutely amazing. It was the best holiday ever. The staff go above and beyond and will do anything for you. The food was lovely and no issues at all with so much to choose and also a separate child food area. Also there were icecreams throughout the day and after 3pm there was sandwiches, salads, cakes etc. 20 min walk to the harbour and the coastal path was lovely. The entertainment wasn't the best and was karaoke or quiz most nights. There was a magician who was very poor and we left half way through. Although entertainment was poor this was early season so it could change over the summer. The lobby bar is nice to chill though. Alcohol was no different to at home - just ask for malibu or baileys and they give you Cypriot versions. You can ask for the imported UK Alcohol but it costs. Rooms are OK but only 2 plug sockets in room so bring extension lead. The hair dryer wasn't the best but ok if your hair is thin like mine but it doesn't get hot. One of the managers apologied personally when we couldn't get booked into the restaurants and booked us in personally. The burger restaurant is amazing but the Japanese was OK but that is our tastes. It's a set menu though so couldn't choose the bits we wanted. Staff serve you all the time and even at the pool and beach and they are regular at coming to you which was great so no going to bar! The rooms have a stocked mini fridge which is replaced each day with cans of 7up and coke and water. We will definitely be back next year as soon as it is available to book with TUI.

Had a wonderful 10 days again after returning for our 8th time. The staff and management are so helpful and friendly. We would describe our stays as like wearing a comfortable pair of slippers. The hotel is now closing in October for refurbishment and we look forward to returning to the new renovations.

We last stayed with you about 35 years ago, having switched to Protaras as we had a young family so we felt that was a better resort for us. I can honestly say that your hotel, the service, the warmth of your welcome when we arrived, the attentiveness you all provided and the beautiful gesture you made to surprise us by celebrating my Wife's Birthday has touched all of us. Thank you for caring for us by offering an outstanding stay in your hotel. You and your team deserve every ounce of praise I can offer. You are doing an amazing job. We loved your restaurant and Bar and the facilities on offer. We will return, not only to Pafos, but to The Imperial Beach Hotel. Thanks for all you did for us.

This hotel is situated very close to the beach with a very large outdoor area including 2 pools and gardens. Loads of sunbeds and plenty of space to put them. The staff from top management to all the other jobs ,work as a team and this shows as they are all genuinely friendly and service is professional . The staff interact and become friends and we enjoy having a chat and humorous times with them..They enjoy time with guests....Guests that come to the hotel also interact with each other and a very high percentage are regular visitors. Food is excellent with a large variety. Large seating areas in the evening for guests to meet up for drinks in the evening. The selling point for this hotel is it's friendliness . The fact you can have a gentle walk to the beautiful harbour and shops etc is a bonus...Oh yes beautiful warm sunny weather. We are lucky to have visited this hotel twice a year for several years in succession..

The food was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious, high-quality dishes catering to every taste—each night a different theme The entertainment team brought so much energy and fun to the stay, organizing engaging activities and lively evening shows that made every day exciting. Whether relaxing by the pool or joining in on the entertainment, the experience was nothing short of amazing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect mix of relaxation, great service, and fun!

We came to Loius Imperial brach hotel to celebretare my mums birthday. I could not imagine better place for it. We were greeted by Guest relation Kasia who explained everything we need to know with great attention to detail and she answered all questions. Facilities are very good and the hotel is well designed so that it never feels crowded. The place is clean and well looked after throughout. Rooms are good size. I especially recommend the sea view one as sunsets there are magical. Staff are very attentive, starting with cleaners who do impeccable job, waiters and barmans were always very friendly with smiles on their faces. Phillipos and Alex were making sure that we had best experience, one can easily say that they love their job. Food was very varied and tasty. Great selection of freshly cooked meals and salads. Even on keto diet I had plenty to choose from. My mum was surprised by staff with birthday cake and a massive candle during birthday diner which was such a nice gesture. Animation team was always around encouraging people to take part in games and competitions. I even managed to win a bottle of champagne in darts Hotel is located 20 minutes from from Paphos Pier with nice sea front walkway. Five stars from me and my family.
