The staff were friendly and helpful in explaining what things to see and how to get there. The room was as advertised, the size was correct and as we selected the king bed ocean view, the big balcony was perfect to enjoy the view. We loved the pools. The hotel location is quiet, if you don’t mind the neighbourhood roosters (pretty much everywhere). As the hotel is located a bit far from the town though, they provide a complementary shuttle to get to go to the beach. Of you want more freedom and as a tuk tuk ride cost around 200P one way, we would recommend renting a scooter to go around. We rented one at the hotel (Suzuki Bugman street) for 400P, it’s 50P more than what you could get in town, but it’s convenient. The scooter carried both of us to the chocolate hills, and all other places we wanted to see. The breakfasts were pretty straightforward with three choices, Filipino Tosilog (more a grilled porc), a continental that was my choice after trying the tosilog, and an Asian one, my partner tried the dumpling and well this was a real disappointment. There is one thing I really didn’t liked is that the coffee isn’t brewed, then if you want a small cup of brewed is 150P and the juice is additional charge of 190P. All hotel everywhere have brewed coffee and juice included with breakfast. Something I told the hotel’s owner. Would we recommend that hotel? Definitely yes, for the room, the view, the staff.

Really pretty hotel with nice pools, and plenty of space to sun bathe or rest in the shade Unfortunately the hotel is still under construction so there is a lot of noise during the day Vegetarians be warned there is no good options for you, the kitchen is unable to provide anything suitable Staff were friendly and organized a taxi for us when it was time to leave

We love the experience, I just wish they can be more flexible with the shuttle timings and perhaps if you could provide a free roundtrip airport transfer when guest would stay for more than two nights then that would be an even better deal

Overall experience was good, the staffs are very nice. Not only assist us arrange motorcycle renting, also have shuttle car to airport, very comfortable. However the staff checked out room right before we left, it was a bit uncomfortable, either worry we might steal something or destroy something, I think they could’ve contact us afterwards if we really did, instead of having us standing there waiting for them to check. Hope this can be improve, thank you

酒店超好！服務人員也很棒很貼心，服務很棒，酒店很乾凈，環境很好，老闆是中國人，出門再外也會讓人感到很安心，酒店的早餐有多種選擇很美味，酒店的泳池有兩個，很好拍照！島上會偶爾全島停電，但是酒店有自己的發電機，完全不用擔心！如果下次還和朋友去薄荷島，依舊會選擇這裏！

環境： 酒店的位置很安靜，遠離alona海灘的喧鬧，如果要每天出海潛水的話稍微有點不方便，雖然有接駁班車，但一早一晚時間都不太合適，所以作用有限。 更適合一家人休閑旅遊的，可以直接在酒店租摩託車，有摩託距離就不是問題了 服務： 服務很nice，第一天到的比較早，還不能check in，前台非常貼心得給我們送來了咖啡和三明治早餐 平時早餐可以提前預訂時間和菜品，對早上出門趕時間出海的我們來説還比較方便，有菲式、美式、中式可選，中式有餃子、煎餃、出前一丁，煎餃的調料還挺不錯 設施： 稍稍美中不足的就是衞生間的設施了，沒有掛鈎，浴巾和換洗衣服沒地方放，這個建議加一些 另外淋浴噴頭感覺被鹽水水垢堵了，水很小，還有一個噴頭壞了，洗澡的感覺不太好

位置離機場近，3公里左右，離阿羅娜海灘也有2、3公里。不過酒店有摩託車租借，帶好駕駛證就可。門口叫託託車很方便，去海灘150披索。酒店有三個泳池，房間也大，有的房間可以加床。我們訂了早餐，有三種可選，當場給你做出來，不錯！另外，餐廳還供應午餐和晚餐，我們都嘗過，味道還是可以的。服務人員態度好，有問題可以很好地溝通。

雖然景觀飯店進出都需要爬樓梯，但行李搬運都有男員工能提供服務。 賞日出夕陽景觀佳，一個深水泳池及一個淺水泳池及一個頂樓按摩池，提供最佳渡假氛圍。

挺不錯的體驗。因為是在半山腰。環境挺愜意，房間少。相對人也少。想安靜玩水的最佳選擇。。。但又因為在半山腰。旁邊好像有雞。早上睡覺和晚上睡覺會有點聲響。問題不大。。中國人開的。電視可以看。。其他酒店可沒這個服務。

가족여행이었는데 첫날부터 망친기분이예요 공항픽업까지 비싼돈주고 예약했는데 새벽도착인데 불은꺼져있고 기사는 계단까지 짐도 안옮겨주고 직원도 자고있어서 소리도못듣고 그새벽에 힌국까지 전화걸고 정말 서비스정신이 1도없고 너무너무 최악의 첫날을 보내게했어요ㅠ 새벽도착에 아이까지있는데 미리 간다고 메일까지보내고 픽업신청까지했는데 정말 너무 무서웠구요 한국트립쪽에서도 연락안된다고하고 정말 이런호텔을 그돈주고 잠시 머물렀다는 자체가 너무 돈아깝고 화가나네요 호텔이 아무리 괜찮아도 이런데는 못갈꺼같구요 직원마인드부터 다시 교육해야할꺼같네요

一開始看到平台參差不齊的評價有點瑟瑟發抖，沒想到入住之後才發現是個寶藏酒店！ 位置：離alone海灘根本不遠不遠不遠！tutu5分鐘左右，離機場5分鐘左右，沒有網絡上説的很偏僻！對比alone海灘周邊吵吵鬧鬧的這裏顯得格外安靜，真的很適合度假。酒店每天有免費固定班車來往alone海灘！ 環境：酒店一樓庭院還在裝修但並沒有因為施工而影響休息（住了4晚體驗），酒店大大小小泳池就有3個，12米泳池的可以練習自由潛的泳池非常友好，可以約教練上門教學，場所支持。千萬別忘了最頂樓還有個無邊泳池，看日落超棒！早餐也是在頂樓吃的，風景很好。 設施：該有的都有，甚至還有體重秤、保險箱，聽説老闆是中國人，居然插座都是中國式插頭，感覺國外轉插頭買了個寂寞，完全用不上。 服務：酒店工作人員還是很熱情，主動問好，很有禮貌，還幫忙提行李，下雨打傘等。有問必答，有需要一日遊或者包車租車找他們就可以了。
