Hotel ini tidak di pusat Pangkalan Bun tetapi merupakan basis yang baik untuk berbagai kegiatan. Sarapannya beragam dan di restoran Anda bisa makan enak di malam hari. Taman yang luas mengundang Anda untuk berlama-lama. Ruangan itu bisa menggunakan lapisan cat baru. Itu tidak benar-benar bersih, sedikit berbau jamur, cermin harus diperbarui. Staf ramah dan selimut diganti berdasarkan permintaan.

Nice relaxed hotel. Big rooms. Well-appointed breakfast. Nice grounds. 2nd floor has no elevator so you have to climb.

I informed with quite an advance(4 days) that finally I couldn't enjoy my reservation (flight changed by the airline) and I asked them to cancel the night, but they refused. Of course the booking policy was not refundable but I would have appreciated their consideration and having back my money. I warned in advance, I asked kindly, but no way. Well, it wasn't their obligation but it wasn't so difficult.

Hotel terburuk yang pernah ada!! Datang ke sini ketika seluruh hotel disewakan kepada puluhan anak untuk kontes menyanyi, jadi kami hampir tidak bisa tidur!! Mereka tidak akan memaksakan waktu diam sama sekali, tidak ada pertimbangan apa pun terhadap tamu lain. Tidak ada alasan, tidak ada kamar lain yang tersedia, hanya kemungkinan untuk membatalkan sambil berdiri di sana pada jam 5 sore. Ruangan itu jelek dan usang, semuanya ternoda. Sama sekali tidak terlihat seperti gambar. Handuk terkecil untuk mandi. Sarapannya sangat buruk, hanya prasmanan Indonesia yang jelas-jelas berdiri di sana selama berjam-jam dengan tutupnya terbuka. Meminta keracunan makanan! Tidak ada restoran yang dekat. Pasti tidak akan merekomendasikan!

Hotel yang bagus, terdekat dengan bandara Pangkalan Bun.. kamarnya sangat nyaman. Tempat yang bagus untuk Anda sebelum Anda menjalankan penerbangan pertama pada hari berikutnya. Saya merekomendasikan hotel ini karena lokasinya yang strategis dan banyak tempat makan di sekitar hotel terutama pada malam hari.

This is great value for money the night before of after your experience in the Borneo jungle. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly. The hotel has a nice garden in which you can enjoy your breakfast. There is an omelet station in the garden, but apart from that, breakfast options are few. Breakfast is ok, but nothing to write home about. We had dinner at restaurant and we had no complaints. This hotel is the best hotel on the "right" side of town, i.e. close to the airport and Kumai, from where the kelotok boats depart. Picking another hotel would add more time to your transfer (even if it may still be the standard price of IDR 70k).

I guess you’re getting your money’s worth. The beds were very uncomfortable and the sheets tissue paper thin. The food was okay. There’s no soap in the bathroom.

Excellent stay here. Very clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was mostly all COLD rice noodles and vegetables. Toaster was available. One morning we had someone doing eggs but the next morning there was no one.

We stayed here before and after a three day tour into the rainforest to see orangutans in wildlife. The hotel is nicely located between airport and city center. It is about a 2km walk to the yellow Palace and waterfront city. The walk along the street is a bit unconvenient but doable. There are no taxis at night so plan carefully. The hotel itself offers spacious rooms with AC. The rooms are a bit outdated from European perspective but I have seen far older furniture and bathrooms and far more expensive hotels in the US and elsewhere. For the price, the rooms are more than you can expect. Breakfast was included and offers mostly indonesian food. There is also a cafe/restaurant offering western food. Overall, we would choose this hotel again for a stay in the area.

Friendly staff, clean and presentable. Good food and excellent service. Recommended.
