Mereka kehilangan reservasi kami atau mereka memberikannya. Kami ditempatkan di sebuah ruangan yang didekorasi dari tahun 1990-an. Ada kecoak. Mereka hanya memberi kami satu handuk dan dua lap cuci. Karpet memiliki gumpalan dan perlu ditarik. Sebagian besar outlet tidak berfungsi. Ada karat semua di dapur di ventilasi dan di sekitar kompor. Ruangan itu tepat di sebelah kolam renang yang tampaknya tetap terbuka dan berjalan sampai satu atau dua pagi ketika seharusnya tutup pukul 10. Tidak ada lift sama sekali dan tangga sangat kecil sehingga sulit untuk berjalan naik turun. . Parkir semoga berhasil dengan itu karena tidak ada. Gambar bisa menipu karena saya tidak mendapatkan apa pun yang terlihat dari gambar. Pria muda yang memeriksa saya di sangat sangat baik dan minta maaf dan mencoba memberi saya kamar yang lebih baik karena mereka memberikannya tetapi tidak ada kamar. Dan untuk harga yang kami bayar, seharusnya kamar hotel bintang lima. Saya tidak akan pernah merekomendasikan hotel ini kepada siapa pun.

The location was perfect. BUT, at check in, I noticed the person seemed to be extremely young- as if he was a kid. Then after FINALLY finding our room, my son used the toilet and it clogged with very minimal paper. It flooded the entire bathroom. I called for a plunger, towels and cleaning products in which after waiting 45 minutes for finally decided to go to the nearest DG and purchase my own stuff. When I called down to the desk to ask them what the hold up was, I was told “nobody has been there yet?” So I said not to worry and I’ll get the situation handled myself. The room was DISGUSTING. Black mold everywhere. There was a wig in one of the drawers to the dresser. Pulling the sheets back there was all different types of “hair bunnies”. The hot tub did not work. The pool and spa both were dirty, and had black mold. I was on the first floor- was given no direction on how to locate the room- when darkness hit, there was very limited lighting and had an extremely eerie feeling. Would not recommend, especially if staying with children. If you ask me, the whole place really needs to be shut down.

Booked a room for 2days. At check-in they said they didn't have a room available due to it not being clean, along with other rooms not clean. Receptionist said she had to turn away several guest due to this issue. On top of this is was storming. As a local housekeeper this was very disappointing.

Very run down. Several places and units were boarded up, hot tub not working, lobby was closed and had to check in at another hotel. Won’t be back

Check in ends at midnight but lobby is closed from 11pm until 7 am. So if you need anything, you can't get anyone and noone is there. Phone in room didn't work, sliding door was hard to open, mold in bathroom. View was great.

When we arrived, we were met by a nice young lady. She sent us to our room snd when we opened the door, the room was nothing like the pictures on the website. The floor was disgusting. You couldn’t shut the bathroom door or even open it the entire way bc the sink was in the way. When we walked to the living area, the couch had rips and tears in it and we couldn’t get the slider open at all. The free breakfast consisted of packaged muffins, and bengals, bananas, packaged cereal, milk and coffee. The pictures of the rooms and property were very deceiving. Will NEVER stay there again.

This place was filthy. Linens and towels were dirty, matress had what looked like mold. Everything was rusty. The complimentary soaps they had in the bathroom had been used and were sandy. Blood on the side of the bathtub and hair all over the floor. I can not say enough bad things about this place. The only appealing thing about this place was the fact that it was beachfront. The quality of this place for the price was ridiculous. DO NOT STAY HERE.
