Toilet seat was broken had to hover to use, bathroom sink was leaking and no faucet aerator so the water just sprayed, the pull out bed was broken so my children didn’t have a place to sleep. The amenities weren’t working so unusable as well. Staff was nice, but the stay ******.

For the price I can't complain. but if we decided to come back in May I would not stay. The bathroom was horrible the walls need touching up all cabinet doors where hanging off. Beds where ok frontdesk people where great. The pool was so nasty like it hasn't been touched in over a month. If it had a touch up and the bathroom fixed it would be a great motel.

Ian went above and beyond for us!! He and the rest of the staff were friendly, inviting and very courteous. We defiantly recommend staying here! Nothing was overlooked on our stay! Perfect! 🌟

The customer service was amazing and the location was perfect. You can go on the balcony and there is the ocean. My only complaints were that the shower was dirty and the room was a bit outdated

There are cockroaches everywhere and the sewage smells bad inside the room

This was undoubtedly the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel property. First, I asked to pay in two installments so when I got to the date j would only pay half- they charged me the full amount; second, after driving 5 hours they are an hour and half behind on check ins; I wait by pool; then no towels, no hot water and no ice on property. The floors in the room were filthy- I cleaned them myself with the one bathmat they provided and Clorox Cleanup. I thought ok …I’ll head to the beach and saw lounge chairs there- only to find out they are $10/hr rentals doing was asked to move.. I work hard for a living and was really looking forward to a nice beach getaway. There was no food on property and finding breakfast was a challenge. Last but not least, the road in front of hotel was under construction full of rocks, potholes. The whole building was run down and dirty. The rates weren’t cheap either so overall..it was a “never again” experience.

The beachfront view was awesome. The road construction is a hot mess but not the hotels fault. The staff was welcoming and pleasant. Overall a great trip.

Room smelled so horrible from being smoked in that I ended up just leaving and going to another hotel.

Hotel was not prepared for the spring break rush. we waited an hour after check in for our room to be ready. Even after waiting it was not very clean. They refused to give us more than two bath towels when we had booked for four people to stay. They did not provide a fully stocked kitchen as advertised. Overall just disappointing and gross.

Property was right on the beach and the room was comfortable. The rooms weren't ready for many guest including ourselves until 1hr and 45 min after check in due to being understaffed for cleaning crews. Our cards stopped working the morning we were leaving which made going to the beach early that morning not possible. the TV remote for the TV in the bedroom of the master suite was missing the whole time. The staff acted like all of this was our problem to deal with. the lobby bathrooms were not clean at all. The pool was under construction which was a hassle to go around for beach access and a let down that we paid the price for a hotel with a pool/hot tub and didn't have one that was usable.

We had some struggles at the beginning. We needed sheets for pull out couch and pots and pans. Took a bit to get, but we did get them. Definitely not a 5 star hotel, but it served its purpose and was RIGHT on the beach. Also wish we would have known the pool was down. That was a downer, but I’d stay again.

Price was good. Room was decent but beds were not very comfy. In bathroom, sink was messed up. Pool was being redone and that was not noted anywhere until after we checked in. Fine for a quick trip where we just needed a place to sleep. Staff were helpful but could not check in until after 6pm because room wasn’t ready.

Had limited parking and they don’t allow any smoking not even on the patio. And the hotel needs a major update with the rooms.

Our room had not been cleaned properly. it was missing several basic supplies. The room was "beat-up" and had not been upgraded. The two outside doors did not fit properly. When the wind blew at night it whistled in the room. The inside door was broken and would not close. The deck had not been cleaned in quite a while. Basically, this property needs a major upgrade!!!
