Please do not even try to come....one of our friends paid from Xperia and others from **********, when showed to the counter the man said ..I don't care, money is not in my account...that was at 22.00 hrs. Evening. We paid cash to sleep since it is in the middle of a very bad area... Never ever dream of reserving a room here....and not only, after we paid, they said breakfast not included, one toilet paper every 2 days, sheets change every 3 days, towels change every 3 days etc.... A complete nightmare

This is a scam. The hotel is a sham. We booked through Boocing but were unable to check in. There was no one there, around 19:00, the restaurant was closed. There was no staff and no way to accommodate us. They had sent us some code for the room but it didn't work. Finally we went to sleep in another hotel. The money was not returned to us, but they had reported that we did not show up. I'm filing a complaint with the prosecutor's office because it's a scam.

The reason, that we chose this hotel is the reviews of other customers. Extremely friendly, helpful and polite staff, clean rooms, comparatively far from the center (we were looking for a calmer and quieter place and for us the location was not a problem - 15-20 minutes walk from center) and extremely tasty and good food - delicious breakfast and good restaurant for the rest of the time). The only thing we were disappointed was food, we didn't manage to have dinner as we had planned. The hotel restaurant was busy for prom and we could not have dinner as we had planned (on Sunday most restaurants close early or do not work) we had to look for a restaurant. The breakfast was extremely poor (the choice was between scrambled eggs or fried slices and 1 apple and 1 orange(I have described it, because everyone has different expectations). We had booked a one-bedroom apartment, but we were pleasantly surprised with an upgraded one-bedroom apartment. Just because of the poor food I give a lower grade, otherwise I would give a maximum. I would return to the hotel hoping it was a single case.
