No service. The safety box is low battery,asked to fix,no one came and fixed till check out. Some of the lights not work. No clean in room. Won't stay again and not recommend.

Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly especially the valet service. Coffee is unexpectedly good using fresh brew instead of capsules. Good location with quick access to the ski lifts whilst not close to the bars. Hot tubs are excellent for skiers to relax.

Pan Pacific hotel is very convenient located we are able to find the hotel easily. Even hrough we did not managed to have breakfast in the hotel we were given a voucher to use at the mountside hotel for dinner. Staff are friendly and the room is very clean and big. Will definitely recommend friend to stay if they are visiting Whistler. Thank you.

入住的時候買了 valet parking 38 刀很有必要 走到滑雪的地方需要 10 分鐘左右 很多人都是穿了靴子過去的 路過的 village 上面有租借的地方 每次大概 160 刀左右 房間整體環境還是不錯的 特別適合帶孩子過去旅遊 特別有 lodge 的感覺 温馨舒適 房間也比較大 早餐也很不錯

這個季節去惠斯勒感覺很不錯，山頂上有雪，但路上已是鬱鬱葱葱，高大的山，繚繞的雲霧，眾多的湖泊和茂密的森林，景色非常優美。惠斯勒小鎮規劃經營的很不錯，熱鬧無比，井井有條。酒店房間面積挺大的，除空調外還有一個真火壁爐，雖然是五月底了但晚上山上還是温度比較低，開個壁爐看着特色下的山景和小鎮街景感覺很棒。酒店的服務很貼心，早餐就在大堂裏，週末人很多，等電梯時間會比較長，不過很多客人就選擇走樓梯了，也是獨特一景。

入駐的二房一廳，小房間和廳各有一個沙發床，均可拉出來做床，都配有被單、毯子和雙枕頭。所以三個人各人一間特別舒服。客廳有全套廚房設備和刀叉碗盤，咖啡機洗碗機烤箱微波爐一應俱全，都配有咖啡粉、茶包，最舒服的是壁爐是真的，用煤氣取暖加上空調冬天取暖特別温馨舒適。酒店位置離二座山的主纜車站都不遠，100米至200多米。酒店下台階就是惠斯勒鎮主商業步行街，用餐、購物、超市和酒吧很方便。停車指示：先臨時停酒店門口，辦好入駐，繞着圓盤進去地下車庫（是幾個酒店停車和公共停車地下公用車庫），進去車庫找到地下四層P4（注意有個電動下拉式移門，開到門前，會自動上升的），停好找到酒店名字的電梯井，用房卡進去酒店乘電梯到樓層。

還不錯的，蠻好。 位置是好的，服務也不錯的。 距離纜車站都是近的，有停車場的。 早餐是簡餐，所以最好自己買早餐吃。
