Great room in a good hotel. Surrounded in simple but beautiful grounds. The hotel is within walkable reach of many of the cities attractions. The Staff were also friendly. The gym wasn’t really useable and in need of some repair, but overall a nice place to stay.

Disgusting property.. very dirty and grooty, , needs significant update and refresh— appliances not working and dirty, floors everywhere very dirty. Rooms need update— was soo disgusted by the property we immediately cancelled , didn’t unpack anything and advised management . Absolute dump— not the staffs fault but certainly not as advertised — very disappointing and had to find another place to stay. No double glazing on the road side and extremely noisy for the 10 mins we were there. Do not go there, many other options would be better in town

The only problem we had was the room was double booked for what ever reason . We require a refund for the second room as it was cancelled by the Coachman.

Lovely stay, free upgrade which was much appreciated

The hotel is retro, clean and tidy overall, the service staff is very friendly, and it is convenient to check in at night. It is not far from the city center and can be reached by foot. The surrounding environment is quiet and safe.
