Ein sehr gediegenes und schönes Hotel in der Altstadt von Palma. Einchecken war schnell und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind groß und sehr komfortabel. Der recht hohe Preis ist bei dieser Lage und Ausstattung durchaus gerechtfertigt. Allein der Pool auf dem Dach ist eher ein Stehpool und nicht zum schwimmen geeignet.

Our stay here was 5 star from the start to the finish. Every single member if staff made us feel like royalty and their recommendations for our stay made our few days seamlessly enjoyable Super views from the roof top terrace, able to cool off in the plunge pool. The added bonus of our room having its own sun terrace was a treat

We enjoyed our 4 days at the hotel. An initial problem with the air conditioning was sorted very quickly and the duty Manager, Carla, was fantastic. All the staff were very welcoming and made our stay very enjoyable. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and breakfast was delicious. Also a great, central location. Highly recommended and we are coming back in September. Thank you to Carla and the team.

We stayed for 2 nights and LOVED this beautiful hotel. I spent a while researching Palma hotels and am so glad I chose this one. Pretty, quiet, safe street but easy walking to everything, short distance to the public car park, stylish rooms, lovely warm indoor (small) pool & sauna, delicious breakfast, friendly staff (Daniel was amazing and we felt so welcome on arrival), roof top area with great views which will be lovely in the summer. I could go on. All perfect thank you so much. Palma is so lovely - you should go and stay here! Angela x

I was staying in the Sant Jaume hotel in the old town of Palma. Being only 5 minutes away walk from the crowded center you dont hear any noise, its a very quiet place I would recomment and definitely come again.

Absolutely perfect we felt truly spoilt the service was the best we’ve ever had been abroad .friendly helpful staff .beautifully cooked breakfast in a morning the room was made up every day with towels changed daily beds comfy and perfect position to visit the cathedral and go do shopping . We will most certainly be back . Just perfect.thank you so much

A great place to stay. Location is first class - easy walking distance to bars , restaurants and shopping but in a really quiet area. Breakfasts are superb and served till 11.00 am. The rooms are lovely and the staff friendly and very helpful.

This hotel is a real gem. Location, quality and service are all second to none. The most amazing hotel staff I have ever seen. They made our stay extremely comfortable and pleasant! I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to go back there again!

We are regular visitors to Palma and Sant Jaume is now our go to Hotel for every stay. We have stayed in other hotels but nothing compares to Sant Jaume. The Staff are lovely and welcoming and the rooms beautifully decorated and comfortable. I honestly do not think we would go anywhere else.

Sant Jaume is a beautiful hotel on a quiet street in the Old Town of Mallorca. Such friendly, helpful staff made our stay amazing. Very helpful restaurant and other attraction recommendations. Rooms are spacious and the rooftop pool is very welcome after a day of touring Palma. Highly recommend!

Definitely stay here if you get the chance, great hotel great facilities great staff and location perfect in the heart of old town, with some beautiful restaurants on the same street of the hotel.

I stayed at the Sant Jaume during my 5 days vacation in Palma de Mallorca and i fell in love with this hotel the moment I stepped in. I was welcome by the young GM Carla, who took the time to sit with me and deeply explained what to do in Palma as well as all the information needed about the property. It was totally worth to stay at this resort, fine dining, comfortable rooms, nice and cosy hotel easy to walk around. By the way, I really recommend the top floor where they have a jacuzzi, sun beds and also a reading area suitable for a good morning chill. The location could not be better, near the famous Rambla of Palma so everything is walking distance. 100% recommended to everyone visiting Palma de Mallorca, thank you Carla for everything.
