Ulasan BQ Belvedere Hotel

Fantastic hotel, rooms were very clean. There was lots of reviews saying the staff were rude. However if you do stupid things like turning up to dinner when it’s just closing they would probably be quite keen to kick you out because they need to clean and get home to there families duhhh. That asides the staff were friendly and couldn’t have done enough to help. The bus stop was across the road. I will stay here again. Only booked breakfast and it was very good loads of choice and fresh

Very nice hotel and staff , pool area is perfect for families, the food is as you expect at an hotel abroard, only downside to this hotel is the location, we had to get taxis back each time we went into the town or local beach ( which is beautiful) because of the hills it’s not for the unfit like me …

WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND staying in this hotel Service was terrible, rude, obnoxious staff. Never have I experienced staff mocking the way someone speaks, and that happened in this hotel. We felt like we were lied to, 1st told drinks included in dinner, then second night said only water included, then asked at reception, told drinks are included, then as soon as we said the colleague in restaurant said it's not, then he changed his mind and we were told "we apologise, it is not included". I mean, who is lying here? Restaurant manager was obnoxious and rude, and rushed us to finish our meal when we were not the only people left there, and he didn't say a word to them, just us. Whole stay there we felt like we were judged, looked down on, and dismissed. Food was okay, and rooms were more/less clean, but none of it could make up for such rude staff. This is not a standard for 4* hotel, and obviously management doesn't care about the issues, as we are not only people complaining on the service and staff. WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND

Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel. Man findet alles was man braucht und was mich am meisten gefreut hat: top essen ! Egal ob Frühstück oder Abendessen. Wer sich da nichts findet ist selber schuld ;) auch top für Kinder .

Petit déjeuner de type buffet excellent, beaucoup de choix et produit frais ! L’hôtel est à 10min de Palma en voiture, mais comptez 40 min en bus. L’arrêt est à 2 min à pied justement. Literie très confortable et hôtel calme. La piscine est grande.

Las camas de habitación individual son enanas y la habitación en sí también lo era, la ducha pequeña en la que no puedes ni moverte

The rooms did not appear clean. AC often stopped working in the middle of the night. Comforters weren’t on the bed but were stuffed in dirty bags in a dirty closet for us to collect. The room is very bare bones other than a small mini fridge that wasn’t effective at keeping anything cold. Front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. We asked if they had any local recommendations for restaurants and they told us to just google bars. They wouldn’t help us with making a reservations at a nearby restaurant. They also make you wear these hideous lime green wristbands during your entire stay. I would not recommend this hotel and would never return.

Lovely clean hotel with huge warm pool. Free air conditioned shuttle bus to Palm Nova beach was appreciated. Taxi into Palma was only 15 euros. Lots of steps to get down and back from Cala Major - lovely beach restaurant in sandy bay but parts of this area are a bit run down. However with Palma and Palma Nova so easy to access this was not an issue for us! Great value for money.

I liked the hotel, however it is a 15min walk to the center and 20min walk to the beachside on a steep hill.

The food was very nice as was the pool area. The so called ‘entertainment’ was terrible both during the day and in the evening. Absolutely embarrassingly bad.

The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. Mira have me some great advice for trips out. The hotel is very clean in all areas. The staff are out early cleaning the pool area every day. The entertainment team made a great effort. I particularly enjoyed ‘The Pink Ladies’ and their free cocktails. I loved the free shuttle to Palma Nova. Lots of choice for the buffet. A great stay.
