We received room diferrently looking than on pictures, airconditioning need to be cleaned, we did not use it, due to the smell. Breakfast generally ok, but scrambled eggs need some improvement, did not prepare fresh. Building located in strict centre, which was good for base location for visiting, however during night earplugs needed. Amazing view from the tarrance, however only one big umbrella which cover just few tables from sunlight. Generally stay was ok, taking into account the price, however need some improvement.

The room facilities are a bit old, the air conditioner is very noisy, there are not many parking spaces, and it is noisy on the street in the middle of the night. The service staff are very good and of good quality. The location is quite good.

Service: The hotel service is terrible. I ordered tuna salad in the restaurant and it turned out to have bones. They gave me a large piece of bread to eat. They said I could eat the bones. It was a small bone. They asked me to go to the hospital for a checkup. They also asked me to pay for it myself. After negotiation, they called an ambulance. It was free. No one from the hotel went to help. I waited in the hospital for an afternoon.

I took the bus from the airport to Politeama and walked to the hotel.
Palermo has a convenient bus service so I bought an unlimited bus ticket for the duration of my stay.
The bus stop was close to the hotel so it was convenient.
The hotel is old and feels a bit old, but it wasn't a problem.
The room was spacious and had a balcony, which was nice.
There was a variety of fruit available at breakfast, which was nice.
If I were to order anything from the hotel, I would like the minibar to be emptied.
In particular, the peanuts in the minibar were dried out and the packaging had come off, so I wondered if they had been touched by something in there.
Overall I am satisfied.

Good location, not very good, seating in the entrance too worn, rooms bigger, good beds, very good breakfast, location still good, we as old people couldn't manage everything on foot, unbelievable dirt, if you walk down the street properly,

Lovely hotel overlooking a piazza. We booked a room with a balcony which was lovely to sit and watch the world go by. It is centrally located with bakeries, restaurants, shops and history right on your doorstep. Although it is a busy road, as is all the center you cannot hear the traffic in the room. The photographs of the Hotel absolutely do not do it justice at all, it is so much better.
The NH Palermo hotel is just a few steps away from the city’s pier, offering easy access to boat trips to the Aeolian and Aegadian Islands. Downtown is also only a short 15-minute walk away, with the Botanical Gardens and the Castle in close proximity. This is an ideal location for business travelers, with the nearby train station and A19 highway providing easy access to all of Palermo’s main business areas. Many of the rooms at NH Palermo look out over the Gulf or the botanical gardens. Each comes with free Wi-Fi, a mini-bar, and air-conditioning. Connecting rooms are available. The breakfast buffet will give you the energy boost you need in the morning, with its large spread of different options and freshly brewed coffee or tea. Later, enjoy the fun and informal atmosphere of the I Paladini Restaurant and try Mediterranean and national dishes accompanied by wine. To unwind, have a drink at the Lobby Bar. On a hot sunny day, relax by taking a dip and sunbathing at our open-air pool. NH Palermo has 13 function rooms for up to 450 people.

The customer service is good. Because the pool in the room was leaking, the staff tried their best to make arrangements. Finally, we stayed in a sea view room, opposite Piazza Italia. The restaurant's cuttlefish noodles are delicious and the service is good. There is a problem with sound insulation in rooms close to the road

My room was in the basement, and the first floor (seemed like maybe staff moving furniture around?) was very noisy after midnight. Lots of footsteps, talking, and the sound of moving furniture. It went on for hours both nights. I was also woken up at 8am my first day by someone knocking on my door. I assume it was the maid, but i can’t be sure. It was way too early to expect to be able to clean a room.
The bed was hard and creaky (there were three beds in my room, not sure why as I booked a room with a single queen bed) with no real blanket. It was fairly clean, though there was some hair in the sink and shower that did not belong to me. The shower was the biggest problem as it was a fairly narrow stall shower, and the drain needs to be cleaned out - the shower flooded after just a few minutes. The furniture is all very old, and the lighting in the room was incredibly dim. It did not feel inviting or look anything like the pictures in the listing.
The location is nearly an hour’s walk from Palermo Centrale and in another direction, nearly an hour’s walk from the Palazzo Butera. Unless you just want to visit the beach, it is not convenient at all. Even just buying water was a chore with the closest shop being about a quarter mile away.
The city tax listed on Trip is incorrect. You will need to pay three euros per day.
Overall, I would not stay here again.

The environment of the hotel was very pleasant. There were not many guests and the large garden was impressive, but it was uncomfortable that it was located somewhat far from the city. Breakfast was very common and not impressive, but the kindness of the hotel staff left a very good impression.

Excellent
GGuest UserDomia Boutique Hotel made it was one of the most pleasant stays. The intimate environment was cozy with minimalistic style. The rooms were squicky clean. Check-in and check-out was smooth and the front desk was friendly and took great care of the guests. Breakfast and lunch were outstanding. The food was fresh and delicious. The swimming pool was a life saver during the hot summer days. I would stay at Domia again and would recommend to others.
NNatallia VitskoMy stay here was incredible! I really enjoyed Mondello in total, but staying here made my trip the best. I love the building and its surroundings and how close it is to the beach (literally 10 minutes and you're there!). My room was also perfect - clean, spacious, everything needed and even more. The hosts were also lovely. I am planning to go back to Mondello in the spring next year, and I'm definitely staying here!
LLoh See PingOur stay was pleasant and memorable. This was our first stay in Sicily. Frontdwsk was helpful in arranging transfers from the airport and we arrived at the B&B quickly and safely just after midnight. We did not expect 1 flight of stairs and struggled a bit with our luggage. The lights along the corridor turned off quickly so you should standby lights from the phone.. overall, we really liked our stay as the location was perfect! Every attraction was within walking distance and the town was wonderful. Oh yes, breakfast across the street in the best cafe was charming too. Really loved our stay!!
GGuest UserI wasn’t too impressed as I only found out my room have a private bathroom outside of the room upon checking in (might have overlooked ghe description). This was a bit frustrating because it’s very inconvenient to walk a public space to use the toilet and shower facilities. Having stayed at a nearby accommodation the night before, which delivered much more than this place for the same price, I’m afraid I wouldn’t recommend residenza Wagner.
GGuest UserTHIS WAS THE BEST CHOICE I DID IN SICILY.
First, this is the cleanest place I saw in my trip. They ask you every morning if you want a cleaning when they bring you breakfast. The bathroom/shower room is modern and same as the picture. The body soap, shampoo, conditioner was a Sicily one that was very nice of them. The public space was so good, they had balcony so it would be great to take pictures for instagram.
Secondly, the breakfast. Insanely great. You can choose 2 things from about 15 types of dishes such as sandwiches or yogurt or fruits. For drink you can pick 1 from about 15 types such as cappuccino or hot chocolate. They have milk choices like oat milk and almond milk that is amazing in this price. For spread, you can choose 2 from about 10 types such as honey or Nutella or almond butter or many flavors of jam. For a dessert, you can choose a cake from 2 or 3 types they have that day. You can choose where you want to eat room or public space.
Thirdly, the staffs were a lot more kind and friendly then the average of sicily.
Nice place absolutely recommend!!
TTravel BVery good 4**** hotel. At first I was expecting a more run-down hotel for the price, but that wasn't the case at all. Our room on the 4th floor was newly renovated, had everything you need and was really clean. (However, some of the upper floors look a bit older).
Breakfast was typically Italian with a large selection of sweet things. Delicious.
Location was good, center was within walking distance but there were still enough parking spaces.
Service was also very good, I needed a toothbrush and when none was initially in stock, one was brought to me even very late in the evening.
All in all, I would definitely recommend it and, especially for the price, I would book the hotel again at any time.
Great!
GGuest UserThe hotel was not obvious for us - when we arrived, we drove around for about 10 minutes looking for a sign before parking on the wrong side of the road, and having to call for instructions. It was our fault, as the hotel tried contacting us earlier in the day but we did not have signal to take the call. Once we were instructed to the right place, it was super straightforward as Gianluca buzzed us in remotely, and upon verifying ID, let us into the unit and our bedroom. The lift in the building was super cool - for this experience alone I recommend staying in this hotel.
The room was charming. Our previous hotel was a suite so this felt a bit small, but it was homely all the same. The small downside was how warm it felt in the room. The air conditioning wouldn't work with the windows open, but it wasn't running very strong. At night, we preferred keeping the window open for some fresh air instead. The poster bed added a quaint and romantic feel to the room, and we were absolutely spoilt with a surprise of a bottle of Prosecco as a gift! Of course, the highlight of the whole place was the jacuzzi in the bathroom. As we both had to do some work and also were tired from a road trip, all of these little touches made the stay in this hotel incredibly luxurious for us. I really recommend this place for a romantic getaway or a honeymoon.
神神秘大浪浪I arrived by boat. The hotel is 10 minutes away from the pier and only three stops away by bus. There is a supermarket nearby and a cost-effective hotel with a bathtub. Hot water is also sufficient. The Wi-Fi is 10 points smooth and the waiters are also polite.
Ps: There is a place nearby where you can see the horizon 270 degrees. If you want to know, DM me.
TThomas SeilerVery simple holding. Price - performance is ok. Breakfast was surprisingly rich. Unfortunately, from 6:45 is over with longer sleep on holiday as it was very noisy from the reception. That is a pity. The rooms are just a few meters next to the reception.
