Very well located ! Access of the hotel to the Main Street is super easy and close ! Parking around the hotel is available just ask the front dest where to park to make sure you won’t get a ticket, however try to avoid coming in with a car cos the access to the city center is a nightmare due to road blocks and one ways !!! Room is cute ! Mattress and pillows very comfortable ! Nice Breakfast in a small garden ! And the highlights of this hotel are 2 things : - Jada the receptionist that’s super nice and veryyy helpful and -the terrasse that’s cute and practical !

Just a perfect place to stay with very helpful staff who could not do enough for you. The location was excellent a short walk to most places. The room was the double on the top floor with a balcony which had a lovely view.

Excellent - really quiet but very central location. Super comfy beds and bedding, everything is clean and new, and the ladies here could not be more helpful. Good breakfast and no music in the dining room which is a v welcome change.

Very quant hotel with every room different. Hotel provides a continental breakfast and endless tea and coffee. I would recommend this hotel if you want to explore Palermo, otherwise a hotel outside may be a better option.

This is an authentic Italian townhouse and we couldn’t have asked for more from the first place on our road trip around Sicily. If you enjoy classic interior, you will love this place. Lovely architecture, decorated with antique furniture. We had the room on the top floor, with an accent shower in the middle of the room and lovely views of the city (windows with shutters make the windows a great content opportunity). The building is very safe, with all the doors having securely locks. The room has a modest set of toiletries and simple, continental breakfast is served in a quiet courtyard. Giada is very welcoming and helpful. She printed a map of Palermo for us and gave advice on where to go. Also in the room you will find plenty of recommendations on what to do / where to eat / what to see. Thank you for a perfect first stop in Sicily.

We stayed at the Locanda for two weeks. The location of the Locanda is perfect to explore the center of Palermo and not only. Giada and the rest of the staff were beyond great and helped us with any type of advice and support. The facility is well kept, clean and perfect to rest during the night. Absolutely recommended and happy to come back as soon as possible. Thank you very much again Giada and the rest of the team for an unforgettable first holiday in Palermo! Elia, Tim, Bojan

We loved this place. As you’re heading in, the area may seem a bit sketchy, but don’t be put off by that. It’s safe and fun and friendly and the Locanda is fantastic! Great room, fabulous bed, whimsical decor but all functional. I must single out manager, Giada, for particular praise. She is kind and very helpful. If you have a need or an issue, she will resolve it in her good-natured and friendly fashion. Great restaurants and all the sights are close by. So glad we found Locanda Sette Fate!

Chambre géniale pour les enfants, très joli endroit et personnel très accueillant :) Très bien situé. Chambre confortable. 2 chambres communicantes , facile pour les enfants et les parents. Endroit sécurisant. Ascenseur pour personnes âgées.

Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno. L’hotel è situato a pochi passi dal centro della città e dallo storico mercato di ballarò. Camere perfette, pulite e confortevoli. Personale disponibilissimo, gentilissimo e professionale. Consigliato caldamente 10/10
