Ulasan Dedeman Palandoken Ski Lodge Hotel

The service at this ski lodge was excellent, and its location near the ski slope is very convenient, almost like a ski-in ski-out. However, the gondola wasn’t working during my stay, so I had to use a shuttle, which was a bit inconvenient. The lodge has a slightly outdated feel, and the shower had low water pressure and some blockage issues. On a positive note, the food was outstanding, making the stay enjoyable despite minor setbacks.

This ski hotel offers a fantastic experience with its ideal location, comfortable accommodations, delectable dining options, top-notch facilities, and impeccable service. Whether you're a passionate skier or seeking a cozy retreat amidst the mountains, this hotel provides the perfect setting for an unforgettable ski vacation.

Everything was really great, we went there after looking at the comments, everything was really good.

There was a room reservation problem. Although I booked 2 separate rooms, only one room was booked. The problem was solved and then the room type I selected was not set up. The service was not good, it was just clean.

This hotel did not cancel my reservation and did not refund the fee even though we told them we could not go. Trip.com could not help me regarding the issue and for me the hotel and trip.com are null and void.

The location of the hotel, the attention of the staff, the variety of breakfast and the suitability of the menu make it my only choice for my stays in Palandöken 💯

Everything was great, especially the service, the location was top notch, the friendly staff was a great experience for us.

The hotel is right in front of the lifts. There are all the facilities at the hotel. It would be better if they increase the after-ski activities.

The design of the hotel was very beautiful, and the interior of the room was also perfect. Hotel staff were also very interested. They arranged the room down to the smallest detail.

Otelin en beğendiğimiz yanı çalışanların güler yüzlü ve ilgili olmalarıydı. Otel, kayak merkezine yakınlığıyla diğer otellerden çok daha iyi bir konumda. Kayak odasından çıktığınızda teleferiklere 1 dakikalık yürüme mesafesindesiniz. Çoğu insan gibi bizde zaman kaybetmemek için kayak kıyafetlerimizi giyip yemeğe iniyoruz. Otelin bunu düşünerek kayak odasıyla yemek yerini karşılıklı yapması da ayrı güzel olmuş. Genel olarak her şeyden çok memnun kaldık fakat sadece yemek konusunda çeşitlilik ve lezzet olarak bir tık düşüktü.
