Ulasan InterContinental Khao Yai Resort

Saya mendapatkan pengalaman yang luar biasa. Bepergian sebagai keluarga beranggotakan 4 orang dan sambutannya luar biasa. Minuman selamat datangnya lezat dan kami tidak bisa memilih kamar yang lebih baik. Namun, bolehkah saya menyarankan beberapa hal berikut untuk perbaikan: 1: Keset antiselip di kamar mandi. Seluruh lantai terbuat dari marmer dan anak saya yang berusia 1 tahun sering tergelincir saat mencoba berjalan dari kamar mandi ke kolam renang pribadi. 2: Nyamuk-nyamuk yang mengganggu ada di mana-mana. Akan lebih baik jika memasang pengusir nyamuk dengan soket listrik. 3: Karena banyaknya serangga di malam hari, agak sulit untuk mencapai minibar karena kami harus benar-benar membuka pintu beranda untuk mengaksesnya.

Good hotel however you should reserve a car to travel around, no taxi or public transport in this region.

The hotel follows the train theme and all rooms are uniquely renovated. Rooms are a bit small but I suppose there is a good excuse as the train compartment is not going to be very spacious. Service is top notch and breakfast selection is good and delicious. Recommend for travellers who love train and country side breakaway

Best for couple and families. Breakfast line are good for everyone.

Amazing hotel! The attention to detail is amazing. The food at Poirot is great! Only downside is the small swimming pool

Pros: service is definitely top notch and very attentive to each family and consistently asking for feedback… Housekeeping is everyday and the WhatsApp communicate is a 👍 idea especially for tourist. Food is wonderful as they are served hot and minimise wastage, coffee definitely hit the spot! No crowds at all and the place is really pretty sight with a lot of swans and fishes and bicycles to rent ( probably have some baby seats too) Places are a little far away but buggy service was available. Cons: being a tropical hotel definitely will be expecting some insects but definitely not expecting so much mosquitoes from level 1. Daughter was bitten 4 times for a 2 hours nap and at least in total 5 bites from mosquitoes for each members.. we have feedback several times to the staff and they really do something which we appreciate a lot 🙏 but honestly we hope more can be done on the maintaining the hotel given it is a 5 stars hotel We were given a private pool but it is full of bird shits which we didn’t really expect. Since we r not using the pool and outdoor area, we didn’t feedback. In the end we didn’t use the pool and outdoor area due to the bird shits and mosquitoes. Location is a little far away from some of the known attractions places.. which I missed out during planning Probably need to be prepared with what nature will bring us..

Great ambiance and environment being surrounded by nature. Nestled next to the Khao Yai Nature Park. Room was clean and tidy. Service staff were friendly. Breakfast and dinner had ample choices. The only complain I had was dinner took very long to be served on the first night. Provided feedback and the issue was rectified. Will visit again if I am ever in Khao Yai!

1) Bathrobe’s dirty ,2) dinner in (Papillon)Hotel Restaurants on 20 Dec,Waitresses Service is Excellent .3) The worst part is I didn’t go to the Papillon bar for drinks, when I check out today , I received a bill of Papillon Bar $1541.78 baht, and charged in my room, I looked at the Bill, the Room number is look like 124 , but when you look seriously is 127 , also check out the Signature is not my Signature. For a Five Star Hotel, this is really unacceptable and Outrageous.4） When I checked in, I asked to see any largest room available,suitable for my next choice? They have a record of my request but no reply?

Well attention and serviced-mind from the staffs upon your arrival. Breakfast was good. Impressed with the service for giving alms to monks upon request. Biking around the lake was a good chill-out before check out.
