Good stay ,friendly staffs ,good location easy access ,convenient parking

Overall stay is pleasant even though there was some unhappiness when we arrived. Counter told us they did not receive my booking. It was a total surprise and shock. They tried calling Trip and told us they couldn't check us in. Imagine a total of 11 pax sitting at the lobby feeling tired but couldn't rest in their rooms. Finally they got the green light from trip. Breakfast was good. It was pre order so we just has to inform them what we want. The counter staff Rose was very helpful at the breakfast. My friend's room had a big spider on the wall but by the time the staff came it crawled into the aircon vent. Arghh quite scary actually... Despite all these it was a pleasant stay in Splendid hotel. The places of interest on our first day were near one other. Our last stop before the hotel was just 5 to 8 mins drive. However no 7-11 nearby but they have a vending machine for chips and other snacks. The rooms are spacious. Cleanliness acceptable. No stained bedsheets or dirty towels etc.

Neat and clean, the environment is hygienic; the room is of medium size, with enough space for activities; the scenery outside the window is pleasant; the breakfast buffet does not have many choices, but it is still enough. Overall, the price and quality are reasonable.

The accommodation is okay. The price is okay.

Nice view, spacious and clean room, next to a famous coffee shop, can watch YouTube on TV.

Comfortable room and friendly staff! There's a swimming pool and some amenities which is nice! The beds are soft and the pillows are clean. Shower is decent! The rooms are clean as well and the aircon is nice

It is a refreshing experience. The setup is like a chalet. It is located out of the normal busy town area. Kind of secluded in the middle of nowhere. Thus, it is quiet and very country like. It will be a challenge to get your daily supply of drinks and amenities. It was good that we came with an excellent tour guide and driver. Before we come back to the hotel, the tour guide will bring us to 711 to buy our amenities. The room is spacious and neat. It has a small balcony facing a forested cliff. They allow smoking on the balcony but not in the room (if you are a smoker). A totally different kind of experience that we encounter on our other holidays. By the sheer looking out from our balcony it's like we are on top of a mountain resort. All room amenities works ok ok. There is also a huge tv in the room. The bed is comfortable enough. If you need tooth brush you should call room service. However they do not have shavers when I asked. The food at the restaurant was not too bad. We had our breakfast there. There were three choices. Porridge, sandwich or egg pancake. I must say we enjoyed the breakfast. As for dinner, we had seven dishes of their local food. Again, we enjoyed the dinner. House keeping was efficient enough.

Convenient location, rather central to most attractions within Khaoyai. Spacious room, big beds, huge luggage rack (could accommodate 2 opened luggages). Cleanliness could be improved, constantly seeing ants all over the room. Room looks dated, the taps appear rusty, toilet bowl cover had yellow stains on it and creaks when you sit on it. Air condition in the room is controlled by hotel, so you can't adjust on your own. Comes with a bathtub (which I wouldn't use) and standing shower. Didn't use the pool but went by to take a look and it's of a good size but the water didn't look clean, certainly not one I would want to jump into. Our room came with free breakfast too but the food quality is below average. I suggest skipping it and head out to one of the cafes nearby instead. Bed was firm but pillows were too soft for my liking. It is probably an affordable mid range hotel in Khaoyai, but I'm unlikely to return.

The room is clean, beautiful, with a good view. The staff are kind and provide excellent service. The food is delicious and clean. I would like to recommend this place, especially the staff: P'Yu, P'Rose, and the bellboy. Everyone provides excellent service. During your stay, you might see a monkey come up to greet you.
