Came here after having to leave another accommodation late at night, the hotel was lovely and clean and the staff were very helpful. There were horses in a field near the room and the views were beautiful.

I recently stayed at Hotel E-Outfitting in Pai and had a pleasant experience overall. While the rooms are a bit dated in design, they are clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning and water heater worked perfectly, ensuring convenience and comfort throughout my visit. The hotel is located just a 5-minute drive from Pai town, which makes it an excellent choice for those looking for a quiet retreat while still being close to amenities. What really sets this location apart is its proximity to popular attractions like the hot water spring and sunset viewpoint, which are just a short distance away. The hotel also has horses roaming around the garden. Overall, Hotel E-Outfitting offers good value for its location and basic but reliable facilities. I’d recommend it to travelers seeking a peaceful base to explore Pai’s natural beauty.

Will not recoomend anyone who want to enjoy Pai's night life and friendly atmosphere. The property is located remotely and does not maintained well by owner. You can only book in worst scenario if you are not able to book any other stay in Pai. We just used the property for sleeping. If the owner could put some efforts to maintain and develop the property, it will be better. It should be removed from Trip.com, it is hampering its reputation.

A really lovely and quaint stay. Slightly further out from the main Pai night market, but easily accessible by foot in around 40mins, or just a 3/5min motorbike ride. Lovely views in the hotel & a clean room.

We booked our stay at E-Outfitting based on previous reviews through trip.com. Unfortunately, not a pleasant stay as many others have experienced. The room had a constant stench that lingered. We later found out that the smell came from the toilet water system. Whenever the toilet was flushed, it filled the bowl of the toilet filled with “newly” stinking brown water. The room hadn’t been cleaned throughly as we found dead cockroaches (see pictures) and once we had left during the day, the room hadn’t been attended to. Bed was comfortable and room size was large 👍🏻 lovely little kittens that accompany you with a great view👍🏻👍🏻 The place has HUGE potential. Needs a lot of TLC

Multiple large holes around the site left uncovered and unlit. Impossible to see at night and very dangerous. One particular hole was at the bottom of the stairs to the bedroom, in direct line of the adjacent bedroom when walking between the two. This was approximately 5 feet deep and cannot be seen in the dark. One of our party fell into this hole when walking between the two rooms resulting in a badly broken leg. No staff on site to raise the issue with before we left the following day. Since being in contact with the owners they have refused to engage or issue any kind of apology. This has been raised with Trip who could also not engage with the owners. On a separate note, the whole site was very slippy underfoot and dangerous when wet, all bedrooms had multiple large bugs and insects and were not particularly clean. I would strongly recommend avoiding this accommodation.

An amazing stay, the staff were so attentive and helpful. The room was great too, spacious with a good view.

Great resort! Loved our stay here the owner is always on site to help with anything! He’s very accommodating as well as his staff! If we come back I’ll definitely be coming here again! Has lots of animals at the property that are all friendly! Plenty of space between the bungalows so you feel comfortable and private! Thanks!

Booked 2 rooms with kings bed only one was available they claimed that the second room had a problem with the AC (temperatures go as low as 13 degrees that time of the year at night). I ended up getting 2 bedrooms with king beds and one was super dirty had to change room. The overall hotel looks like they’ve been struggling and tried every way to decrease cost (very few staff, closed cafes etc.). I would not really recommend

Hotel’s stuffs ware so kind. They supported us!! Room was clean, and location was nice.

Amazing location🔻 Amazing view 🪟 Friendly stuff 🤗 But music at lobby worse than ever heard💩 Please stop playing music for Chinese clubs, it's killing the vibe 🙏 Definitely recommend this hotel and will back here again and again if they promise to solve music problems or will hire a good dj💪

Spacious room, great garden view, huge bathroom with vanity. Lobby and roof top are beautiful. Breakfast is delicious. Staff is friendly, bit far (3 km) from Pai walking street.
