Love this little family owned property. Every detail was dialed in to ensure a perfect experience. Location, Location, Location. Everything you could imagine to do in this area is near your cottage. We are working on planning a trip back ASAP.

I hope that we can come back to Andril Fireplace Cottages again and again! The Smith's have quite the gem of a place here, and are so friendly and helpful!

We absolutely loved our stay at Andril Fireplace Cottages. It is a family-owned inn and clearly a place where great memories are made. It is a quiet location very very near a gorgeous, dramatic beach. Thank you!

We were facing power outage when we first arrived. But the front desk lady not only provided help with lighting the fireplace. She also gave us candles and lighter. The kitchen is perfect with everything we needed. Great bed.

Andril cottages are awesome in Pacific Grove! They have fireplaces and kitchens in rooms! Super comfy beds- short walk 2 ocean. About 15 minutes from downtown Monterey and alot less crowded! Girls at reception super friendly and helpful. We’ve celebrated birthdays & anniverseries here!

Andril is a cozy cottage getaway! Close to the beach. Pets are allowed, too, which is great.

This is my go-to place to stay on the Monterey Peninsula. I have stayed at many other places out here over the years, and the Andril is the one I like best.

Beautiful place. Really nice room with fireplace and plenty of real wood to burn. We had a King bed with jacuzzi tub and a kitchen. The staff is friendly and they are pet friendly. It is a short walk to Asilomar and then a short walk through Asilomar to the beach or you could walk all the way to the end of the road and take the costal trail back to Asilomar and to your room. Highly recommend.

Our stay was good - GREAT staff, easy check-in, parking, close to beach, comfy beds, and good kitchen. Our only disappointment, and a big one, was that we were on a lower floor of a two level building. The advertising, pictures, etc., led us to believe we would have a stand alone unit. Having someone above us was VERY noisy - the units are older with very little sound proofing. Fortunately, our neighbors didn't stay up too late, have a crying baby, or play loud music :O). The property will not guarantee a unit number so you might get stuck with this one...you never know.

This was an amazing little place to stay at! Went for our 10 yr anniversary and it was wonderful!

I absolutely love the property and grounds. Amazing location. I wanted to stay longer, but there was a musty smell from the fireplace, I am assuming. I tried to air out, but at night when everything was closed I could not stomach it. It was terrible and I feel bad saying this, but it totally ruined my stay. I was hoping to extend my stay for a day or two, but I was getting sick from the smell and checked out at 7 am the next morning. I hate leaving negative reviews, but this wasn't just a little musty smell. It was full disgusting smell where I could not sleep through the night and had to walk outside to get some fresh air a couple of of times and I couldn't open the windows either because it was too cold. Again, I don't like leaving negative reviews and I am actually hoping to come back here and give them another chance because I truly loved everything else about it.

Very peaceful setting. 5 minute walk to the beach. The staff was very accommodating , they sprinkled roses petals on the bed for us and even picked up flowers for me as a Sunday delivery was not possible. Just wonderful people.

Love this place. This is the second time we have stayed here. Spacious rooms, comfy beds (and we both have bad backs), nice surroundings, pet friendly, just a overall great place to stay.

The cabin, grounds, and staff were all perfect. So perfect that we have booked our next stay. We were able to bring our dogs and they had a blast. Everything is so close to walking wherever you want to go. We walked to the beach and along the trails of Asilomar and to the butterfly grove. All within a 10 minute walk. The cabin was so cozy and well equipped. The staff is lovely, always there for questions and very responsive. Love the place, don't hesitate to book it, you will fall in love with it like we did.
