The hotel is good but the service is bad, especially the front desk receptionist doesn't smile at all. Also It is inconvenient that if you want more stuff like box tissue and toothpaste you need to walk all the way to the front desk to get it yourself, the housekeeping will not bring to your room.

Check in is easy and fast, room is clean. Enough parking space. Quite a distance from Oxford town, we took a bus outside the hotel to the town, quite convenient.

Good! The room is clean and the hotel looks great too. But need to take around 15mins bus to the hotel from the station.

This hotel has a great environment, the rooms are very clean, and the stay was very comfortable. The breakfast was also excellent. I would definitely book here again. The only thing to note is to keep an eye on your belongings while resting in the lobby. On the night we checked in, during the registration process, we noticed a thief pretending to be a staff member trying to steal things.

I booked this hotel for a weekend get away foe me and my partner. It was an early birthday treat, i advised the hotel this upon booking and they were fantastic enough to put a banner up and left a few little goodies for her which was amazing, very nice touch. The hotel staff were friendly, polite and courteous. Would definitely look at booking again in the future if we are down that way again.

I have been to both the Leonardo Hotel in Watford and Oxford. Absolutely love it!

The hotel has a great appearance and so the rooms. Also, the services are severely nice. If you bring night snacks, staff help you using microwaves. Breakfast is delicious despite the low prices. You can go to the airport easily by using hotel taxi services either. When you are traveling with your family, Leonardo Hotel is the best choice!

We really had nice time from restaurant, reception and all. Will visit again

This is the nicest hotel I’ve stayed around Oxford and I’ve been coming for nearly 4 years taking my daughter here to university, the room was excellent large and lots of tea and coffee plus a fridge , plenty of buses into Oxford and the cabs very overly expensive around the £12 mark , highly recommended

Stay with my 70 year old mum as a stop over to York, best night ever ! Easy parking, super comfy room! Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on this one.

The hotel is conveniently located for visiting Oxford as the No 6 bus is located outside the Hotel and runs every 20 minutes on weekdays. Parking available at £6 per day, breakfast is buffet style and is good (£18 per person if not booked beforehand as in part of a deal) Swimming pool and Gym is good, book before going. All amenities available for a this type of star hotel you would expect and 24 hour reception.

i booked 5rooms some staff in the hotel are helpfull but some are not i waited for a long time and keep passing me from one staff to another as they couldnt find my one hotel room booking and when i got the room to rest the room was not ready and its 1am .

Booked this hotel while visiting the Bicester Village. Located quite far from the centre or the village. Still I was satisfied by the service
