Service was good. The location is good except for the way you have to enter the parking lot outside of the hotel. The room was big and very clean. Could have definitely been a better seating setup for the breakfast. But it was a good visit and I’ll definitely be back. I’d love to take advantage of the terrace in the summer time.

Spacious and comfortable room. Rich breakfast. 14 minutes walk to downtown. 15 minutes by taxi from Ottawa train station.

The hotel is not far from the city center, but there are two homeless shelters opposite, and it feels a little unsafe to walk past. The room is relatively new, the area is moderate, the bed is relatively comfortable, and the three chairs are great. The gym is not big, and the swimming pool is very small. The breakfast is great and changes every day. There is an ice machine, but the water dispenser is on the first floor. Parking is paid separately, but it is not very convenient. You need to swipe the room card after checking in to enter the underground parking. Overall it is great and cost-effective.

The hotel is relatively new, clean and sanitary, with complete facilities and comfortable and pleasant, and high cost performance.
