the location sucks! if u dont have a car . there is a tim hortons outside and thats it! the rom was clean but run down. Staff and great.Overpriced

Nice easy location, a nice box breakfast and a shuttle to the airport at 4:30am

Nice place to stay for short visits. Room was clean. Had a fridge and kettle with things to make tea. Friendly staff. Close proximity to the airport. Would definitely recommend.

Possible to check-in at 14:00. Check-out at 10:30.
My room had what I needed. I wish the bed was more comfortable as I found it a little springy. This disrupted my sleep at times. I have experienced this bed style with other Inn's as well, therefore I should probably stick to the hotels.
My breakfast included hard boiled eggs, fruit, yogurt, toast, cream cheese, tea. Bagels, cereal, coffee, muffins, were available, as well. Just no bacon, ham, fried or scrambled eggs.
Unsure if I would return given my sleep, however, it wasn't my worst experience either.

During my recent stay, I appreciated the complimentary airport shuttle service and found the breakfast menu and timing to be very convenient. However, I did notice that the room decor and facilities could benefit from an upgrade. Despite this, my overall experience was pleasant and peaceful.

I plugged in my dual usb plug into the bedside lamp and it sparked and smoked. I immediately removed it. Like a responsible adult I went to the front desk and recounted the situation. I was speaking to a man named Sam and there was a women beside him. I then asked if they had another plug as mine no longer worked. I got a no and it was not the fault of the hotel. I can go buy another he said. I asked if I go will the hotel reimburse me, No he said. Worse yet, no one said Sorry. For my issue. For my inconvenience. Or Thank you for telling them about the fire hazard beside the bed. He didn’t even make a note of the issue. I told the housekeeper who said he will write a report. Bad customer service. Oh, when I asked for contact info to complain he handed me a card upside down and it ended up the number for the shuttle driver.

We found blood stains on one of our duvets. When we went to reception to bring this up, the response was mediocre, they just changed the one duvet and left the rest of the room untouched (did not even bother to check the other bed). To our surprise, there was a blood stain on the other duvet! We have pictures of our findings. Even then, they only made the beds and the garbage bins were not even emptied. Also, the room looked dated and there was a blanket inside a drawer that smelled awful. Will not return to this property.

I booked the hotel online specifically because they had a indoor pool and I was staying with my two young kids.
When I arrived, the pool had been closed for over a week. It would be nice to have known ahead of time that a part of their facility which you pay for is not in service. Very disappointing especially for my kids. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a good selection too.
