I stayed for one night, I didn't see the waiter from beginning to end, and the check-in and check-out were all done by the machine. The room is not soundproof. But the free coffee in the lobby is well received.

You can buy firewood to keep warm at night, the atmosphere is great, and the children had a great time experiencing firewood for the first time. The semi-open-air hot spring is also very comfortable. I booked this for my trip to Otaru. It's quite a walk up a hill from Otaru Station and Minami Otaru Station, but it's about a 20-minute walk from Tenguyama, so it was a good location for me who wanted to see the night view. There were many toilets and showers compared to the number of rooms, and it was generally clean and nice. I thought it was great that there was a microwave and refrigerator, and that the washing machine and dryer were free of charge. However, there are no amenities such as razors or toothbrushes, so you need to prepare them. There are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, so it's a good idea to do your shopping in advance. Although it was at the last minute, they arranged for me to be picked up and dropped me off, which was very helpful.

建議定下鋪上鋪沒有隔板上面是牆前台有個小哥很帥讓我犯花痴床很好睡室內有點冷因為衹有一處暖風口空調好像沒有運轉 wifi幾乎沒有信號。。一樓是酒吧可以免費點酒但我沒試過一樓可以看到外面的景色這條街絕美很幸運來到了這裏雖然離南小樽很遠我要拖着行李箱走將近一公里還是上坡路但是價格很好我愛小樽
