The location is 100 points, very close to the ski resort; there is a ski equipment rental shop in the hotel, with discounts and English communication Since I stayed for 7 days, I was a little surprised that the room was not cleaned, the trash was not cleared, and the towels were not changed. Even if it was not cleaned every day, I thought it would be done at least every 3-4 days, so the hygiene was a little disappointing (maybe I didn't notice they were like that.) The hotel staff are polite but basically only understand Japanese If you are going on a ski trip, I would still recommend this hotel, but don't be too demanding on hygiene/service/food.

For a traditional Japanese ski hotel, take a 3 to 5 minute turn to the snowmobile station. Living on the 5th floor was troublesome, and the small elevator could only go to the 4th floor, but the waiter on the day of check-in moved the luggage of all of us to the door of the room. Breakfast is relatively simple, every day is a Japanese-style fixed food, small dishes, pickles will not be heavy, but some people will not eat. There are fewer restaurants around, and it is best to book in advance for dinner. On the day of check-out, I was bored. The front-end machine was faulty. I couldn't swipe my card. After half an hour, let us go to another hotel in Baima Village (the same company) to pay. We wasteed us for more than an hour before and after, and did not give a discount. Half a dime.

Нам очень понравилось пребывание в этом отеле. Номер был достаточно просторный, чистый. Каждый день уборка, замена полотенец и халатов, частая смена постельного белья. Бритвы, зубные щетки, шампуни, мыло, шапочки для душа, чистые халаты всегда в свободном доступе около ресепшена. Вид из нашего окна открывался на горы. В отеле есть просторная, удобная лыжная комната. Каждому номеру выделяется шкафчик для хранения лыжного оборудования. Вентиляция хорошая. Сушки нет. В стоимость нашего проживания входили завтрак и ужин, которые нам очень понравились. Шведский стол. Выбор блюд большой, особенно на ужин. На завтрак можно выбрать омлет двух видов, сосиски, колбасу, рыбу, разные овощи, фрукты, сок, молоко, хлопья, салаты, супы, круассаны и т.д . На ужин вообще шикарный выбор блюд: сырая рыба, жареная рыба, тушёная рыба, кальмары, креветки, гребешок, свинина с овощами, тушёная говядина, курица, супы, салаты (огромный выбор), овощи (огромный выбор), национальные пельмени, разумеется рис и спагетти, фрукты, мороженое, пирожные и уже не помню, что ещё)). Спа в отеле имеет два онсена: первый - в закрытом помещении, второй - в помещении с открытым окном (есть доступ свежего воздуха, что очень приятно) и видом на гору. Так же есть сауна. Зоны отдельные для мужчин и женщин. Вход в бассейн за дополнительную плату (600 йен за взрослого), но кажется бассейн не работал. В зоне спа стоят массажные кресла, всего 100 йен за 10-минутный сеанс. В онсене предоставляются шампуни, кондиционеры для волос, гели для душа и лосьоны для тела. При отеле есть магазин, где можно купить сувениры, сладости, алкоголь, а так же аксессуары типа очков, масок, перчаток и прочего. На первом этаже есть прокат горнолыжного оборудования. Персонал очень вежливый и любезный. Расположен отель прямо у лыжных склонов и подъемников курорта Норикура. На трассах Норикуры было малолюдно, поэтому до самого вечера состояние склонов было отличное. Прямо от отеля отходят несколько подъемников, с которых можно спуститься по паре красных трасс и по трём зелёным. Комфортно новичкам: широкие, пологие, малолюдные склоны. Норикура соединяется с зоной Кортина, в которой так же интересно кататься. Общая длина трасс около 20 км. Рядом с отелем остановка шатла, на котором можно доехать до любого курорта Хакубы. Магазинов рядом нет. Отель не новый, мебель несколько уставшая, но это нисколько не ухудшило наше пребывание, плюсы отеля это перекрывают на 100 процентов. Очень рекомендую этот отель.

The fresh toast for breakfast exceeds most five-star hotels. The dinner meat and vegetables are not matched. Mr. Inomata served the Nagano Winter Olympics, and there was a thank you certificate issued by the organizing committee in the lobby to him and the team, and now Mr. Inomata is gray-haired. A mini family-run ski spa hotel. Warm and high standard. Highly recommended.

Small hotel, but clean and considerate service! Communication is in Japanese and English first, but you can communicate through translation software. There is a girl from Vietnam in the restaurant who can speak simple Chinese. She told me that she learned it by watching movies. So amazing👍. There are buses that shuttle between several cities at the entrance of the hotel, but I didn’t try it this time. I hope I can take the bus next time. Because of the hotel’s warm service, I took the initiative to write a thank-you letter to the hotel manager, I hope I can understand it. But they must understand the three Chinese characters for ”thank-you letter”! I may continue to choose this hotel when I come to ski next year!

The room is very big for two people, with a large open space next to it. The boss is a Japanese grandfather who speaks fluent English, has clear ideas, and is well organized. The most amazing thing is the dinner. Every meal is different, so exquisite and delicious that I don't have the chance to eat snacks every day. It is one kilometer away from the ski resort. It can be closer by walking from Bell Ringing Hill, but the owner has a car and can pick you up and drop off, which makes up for the disadvantage of not being able to slide in and out. If you take the bus yourself, you can ask the guesthouse to arrange a private car to pick you up from Tsugaike Kogen Bus stop (reservations can only be made by phone). The rooms are the same as in the photos, the rooms on the 2nd floor have bathrooms, but the rooms on the 3rd floor do not. The restaurant overlooks the ski resort, and there is free wine during happy hour and dinner. I've stayed in many other B&Bs and hotels that require additional fees. The outdoor hot spring is a bit small and will be crowded if there are more than 4 people. Highly recommended
