The facilities are very good and the service is very good. Our plane was very early and the hotel staff prepared breakfast for us. The transportation is convenient and fast, and there are many, many, many, many delicious foods around.

Very old hotel. It was a weekend when I checked in. It was very lively. I really liked the bar downstairs. The environment was great! You can go there for a cocktail.

good hotel in the city center, 15 minutes from the railway station, 25 minutes from the DFDS pier, currency exchange 15 minutes on foot, metro and public transport nearby. we arrived late, settled without problems, the room is small but cozy. , all is clear. everything you need is in stock. liked the full wall window to the beautiful buildings of Oslo. breakfast is good, breakfast until 9.30, we came to closing, and stayed until 10.30, everything was in order. hotel recommend .

Friendly staff at counter and restaurant; comfy room with a review (as shown in the photo) ; I successfully booked a room near the airport but later I was refunded as I was told it was fully booked by a. Trip.con staff - which was not a very good experience. Luckily I found this hotel as I was totally satisfied.

Location is 14 min walk from Oslo Central Station. The hotel seem abit old and the bathtub is clogged when bathing during my first night, feedback to the counter lady and it is repaired on the same day. Breakfast spread is nice and enjoy it everyday. FYI there is no aircon during my period of stay (30 oct to 4 nov) so we have to open window for cold wind.

The Hotel, although it looks a little old, is very well maintained, the perfect location very close to the Royal Palace, very well connected by tram and even if you want to take a walk, you would reach the main street in 10 minutes where you can find all the stores. The breakfast buffet is very complete with phenomenal quality. The employees are super friendly. If you need anything you can ask him without problem. Totally recommended. The hotel is actually well communicated, within by tram or walking. The staff is really helpful and kind, if you have any doubts or questions, they are always able to help you. A bit old but rooms are clean and have all the amenities you need. The breakfast is simply perfect, well service and you cold choose among several options. No doubt, absolutely advisable.

I really enjoyed my 2 nights stay in Oslo Citybox. It’s superbly conveniently located minutes from the train station. Plenty of food nearby and couple of minutes from the main shopping street including the luxury brands. There is a foosball table, table tennis table, darts for family fun, in addition to card games and chess. There’s a kitchen where kettle and microwave are available, in addition to vending machine for small snacks. Highly recommended!

Fantastic hotel near the station. We had a great time! Super breakfast! Only detail: the rooms all have carpet, so if you have dust allergies I recommend you let us know before booking as they have very few rooms in the entire hotel without carpet!!!!!

During my stay, I encountered a significant challenge as my luggage had been delayed for two days with no updates from the airline company. In this moment of distress, Mr. Ponters went above and beyond to assist us. Not only did he generously offer the hotel telephone for us to contact the airline company, but he also displayed genuine concern by consistently checking in on us to ensure we were coping well with the situation. Furthermore, Mr. Ponters did not stop there. Understanding our predicament, he took the initiative to recommend nearby stores where we could purchase essential items such as toothpaste and slippers. His thoughtful suggestions made our temporary inconvenience much more bearable. Mr. Ponters' kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to provide assistance in a time of need truly set him apart. His exceptional customer service skills and genuine empathy exemplify the epitome of hospitality. It is without a doubt that Mr. Ponters deserves to be commended for his outstanding performance. The location was absolutely fantastic, being located right across Oslo Central Station. This made it really convenient bringing our heavy luggage to the room and there was also no stairs involved. The room had all the basic necessities, but I was sorely missing room slippers to keep your feet warm in the cold. While there was a coffee machine, there was no kettle provided, if you want to make a cup of tea instead. However, the one thing that truly sets this hotel apart is the breakfast, which is stellar compared to other hotel breakfasts you might get in Europe.
