Very expensive but God damn, they really do be hiring people that speak either English or Chinese together with Japanese! And oh my, there are just so so many staff that do! Whether that be front desk, or even housekeeping! The only ones that really don't are the ones in the restaurants or in Melissa (where they sell bread and other good food!) Or the mall downstairs! The dessert lounge weren't too friendly either but they all seem to be extensions of the hotel! Overall, great experience except for the fact that the rooms are indeed tiny and compact cause that's what we booked after all - but aside from that, all the amenities were great, toilet was big and movable in and you really have anything and everything you need already there! Only issue is maybe that some things here are pretty outdated though it's a 5 star hotel! But overall its truly worth the price though I don't reccomend staying all the time unless you wanna burn a hole in your pocket heh! But one great thing is that they are truly commendable in terms of holding events and catering to hundreds of guests for the really really big ballrooms. That's a huge plus.

We booked standard room at the beginning, but the double bed is too small for us(my kid sleep with us). We asked for upgrade, staff arrange for us immediately and the price is reasonable. The new room is good if you will have 2 adults plus one kids. The bed almost double size compared to with the standard one. The only thing is you never have a chance to wash the cloths. One washing machine on each floor, it was occupied on every time we checked. Sometimes washing sometimes finished washing but no one pick up the clothes. Location is good for us because we dont like busy area. 10-15 walking distances from metro station. But we found some good restaurants nearby. Nice staff, helpful and knowledgeable. They gave us a good advance when we check out to airport.

Fantastic Stay in a Perfect Location I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The hotel is situated in an ideal location, just steps away from major attractions, shopping, and great restaurants, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The staff were extremely welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed during my stay. The location is convenient access to the public transport. It is next to the subway and near the Osaka station within 10 minutes of walking distance. Drugstore and Lawson are on the ground floor and surrounded by many good restaurants.

Very good location where it is the transport hub that connects to many lines and can bring you to many places within Osaka. Fast check in and check out using the machines. Highly recommended. This is my second time staying here.

Truly a great hotel in the best location. Follow the direction indicated by the hotel website whether coming from Nankai airport line or Metro line, as it is super near but if you don’t follow, you may get lost during your first time. Room very spacious. Service excellent.

This was my second time staying at Holiday Inn Namba. The first stay was great - bright and clean room which looked newly renovated. This time the room was entirely opposite. It was dark and feels dirty - stains on the wall in various parts of the room. Carpet and furniture was old. Then there was a day when the housekeeping didn’t come by and I called for top up of the bathroom amenities. I was asked to pick up these myself from front desk. Not a big deal but was annoyed since this was due to them not doing housekeeping at no fault of mine.

My recent four nights stay in a Superior double room at Nikko Japan during winter illumination is impeccable. Love the japanese restaurant breakfast (which i paid with the hotel’s 15% off voucher). The night bell manager and housekeeping staffs, concierge recommendation (at my request) for japanese massage are good. Underneath hotel could connect to two nearby malls, a food place which is cheaper to eat at, and within walking distance to 3 metro lines. Super convenient. There is separate good quality skincare for ladies and gentlemen, and a sitting area. Also love that i could stroll and within a block there are many normal quaint and chain shops, pharmacies that are covered.

I have never been impressed by an awesome place like this before, more understanding of customer attraction. If we have a chance to go back there, we won't miss visiting their place again, thanks.❤️

The hilton hotel is very conveniently located. It is closely located to the main train station and a number of shopping malls, all connected underground . There are a lot of restautants within walking distance to choose from for meals. A lot of shops and big department stores in the viccinty for shopping. Will visit again. Although they have mistakenly taken my pyjamas from my closet as it was hung together with the hotel robe, they tried their best to locate it before my departure on the next day ( I was told it was retrived from the laundry area ) and offered compensations such as free breakfast ( which I have not taken as I would prefer to spend my last morning in Osaka on exploring the surroundings)
