The service attitude at the front desk of the hotel is good, but the air-conditioning in the room is central air-conditioning, and the temperature cannot be adjusted by oneself. However, the view of the room is very good, and the price/performance ratio is good.

Clean and new hotel. Able to survive an earthquake!!! Room was very spacious and toilet was comfortable as had a separate area for shower, sink and wc. Nice view as we were on the 50th floor. Could see all the way to Osaka Aquarium. Staff were friendly. Hotel is well connected (sheltered) to JR and Chou lines which are linked well to all parts of the city. Many convenience stores and bakeries nearby.

Very good, 10 minutes drive from usj. Because there is no local phone, the hotel also helped to call a taxi. I didn't have an umbrella, but I borrowed two umbrellas. The service is very good. The basic facilities of the hotel are also sufficient, with a laundry room

The hotel has a good price/performance ratio and a great location. The hotel is very close to Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan and Tempozan Ferris Wheel, about 7 or 8 minutes' walk. The hotel is very close to the subway station exit, probably only about ten meters away. The nearest subway exit is ”Exit C of Osaka Port Station on the Chuo Line”. The room is not small, it is tidy and clean. There is a rectangular table and a small sofa in the room, where you can put things, eat and rest, which feels quite practical. There is a Lawson store not far from the hotel, and there are many places to eat on the street; there is a dining area on the first floor of the hotel, which provides unlimited drinks (ice cubes, cola, lactic acid drinks and other drinks) and snacks after 3 pm; the hotel's breakfast is relatively simple, providing several snacks, small breads, dried fruits and drinks. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic and patient in answering questions. If you go from the hotel to the vicinity of Universal Studios, you can choose to take a boat to the pier of Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan. The one-way fare is 900 yen (adults, including a 100 yen Ferris wheel coupon). The journey takes about 15 minutes. When you arrive at the pier on the Universal Studios side, it is not far to walk to other hotels. Ferry tickets can be purchased three days in advance. I am not sure if there are flights in the morning. Tickets for afternoon flights will start selling at 12:45 noon, and the boats will depart on the hour.
