Clean and new hotel. Able to survive an earthquake!!! Room was very spacious and toilet was comfortable as had a separate area for shower, sink and wc. Nice view as we were on the 50th floor. Could see all the way to Osaka Aquarium. Staff were friendly. Hotel is well connected (sheltered) to JR and Chou lines which are linked well to all parts of the city. Many convenience stores and bakeries nearby.

It's still a little far away from Universal Studios and requires two transfers. It may be a bit tiring to carry luggage up and down. Although there was a little trouble with the self-service check-in, the customer service responded quickly and was reassuring. Although the room was small, it was well-equipped and everything was new. ~You can also use laundry, drying clothes, towels, and tableware in public spaces.

I stayed at this hotel on a business trip in Osaka. The toiletries were very useful and the room was very tidy and clean. It deserves a thumbs up!

The location is very good. You can get to the hotel within 5 minutes from Shimobentencho Station. There is a 7-11 on the corner and FamilyMart at the intersection. There is a yakiniku restaurant nearby with good service and delicious meat. You must try it if you have the chance! Although it is not a direct connection to Universal City and requires a transfer, you can just get off the bus and wait for the bus on the opposite side. It is not difficult!

The room is a bit small, the main thing should be a feature.
Each room has a vinyl record player, which can be borrowed at the front desk, but because the travel arrangements are more fulfilling, there is no time to experience.
There is also a projector and TV in each room, but the projector must connect to its own Amazon account, which is too troublesome and not practical.
In addition, the location is a bit biased, not as close as expected to Universal Studios, and the nearby family convenience store has to take a short walk to get there.
Overall it is still very warm.

Very good, 10 minutes drive from usj. Because there is no local phone, the hotel also helped to call a taxi. I didn't have an umbrella, but I borrowed two umbrellas. The service is very good. The basic facilities of the hotel are also sufficient, with a laundry room

Lovely Japanese style apartment. We are a family of five and we felt we had more than enough room for our three nights. We were in Osaka primarily for Universal Studio so this accommodation was very convenient. The apartment sits in a quiet area, a bit far from the city center - there is a metro station nearby. The Japanese style tub, full kitchen, Nintendo switch, POLA products and projector makes the experience even better. Fully enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend this place to large groups/families.

GGuest UserIt's about a 10-minute walk from Bentencho Station, and the entrance is along a main street, so it was easy to find.
I used it for a Kyocera concert, and it was also about a 10-minute walk to the south exit of the Dome. I walked there alone after the concert, but the road wasn't too narrow, so I wasn't scared even at around 10pm. I was able to stay there after the concert without worrying about the train time, so it was relaxing.
The place was clean and well-cleaned, and I was satisfied with the size of the single room, the size of the desk, the airflow of the hair dryer, and the clothes rack. I liked that the chair legs had casters, making it easy to move around. The bathtub was also surprisingly spacious.
Disappointing points
- I'm happy that breakfast is free, but it's simple (only rice balls/bread/soup/drinks?), there's no sign to guide you on how to get it, and the breakfast venue is the lobby, so it's a bit small
- The humidifier in the room was broken, so I couldn't use it
- The shower curtain was short (or the tension rod was too far away), so it would come out of the bathtub
- I joined the club card when I checked in, and when I checked out, I was told to return my room card and complete the membership process (receive my membership card) at the front desk, but since it was different from the first staff member, they looked at me with a confused look on their face and didn't say anything like ”I'll check it,” which was unpleasant. I got the impression that there was a lack of handover between staff and employee training. It was even more disappointing because the first staff member was very friendly.

The transportation is very convenient, close to the Ferris wheel, Kaiyukan, and Lego Discovery Center, which is very suitable for our travel requirements.
It is also close to the subway station! There are some places to eat, supermarkets, etc. around.

HHIRAOFor family trip to USJ, we used ２ children ２ for ２ nights.
The location was perfect for the cleanliness of the cherry blossoms, but the bath was a bit lonely, so I used the nearby empty garden hot spring.
I wanted to use it when I went to USJ again.

AAnonymous UserThe service attitude at the front desk of the hotel is good, but the air-conditioning in the room is central air-conditioning, and the temperature cannot be adjusted by oneself. However, the view of the room is very good, and the price/performance ratio is good.
