It was a little awkward trying to find it, it’s location is a little further from the central areas than I first though. Upon arrival the key code I was given was not correct, I had to wait outside for 20 mins after checking in via QR code. The checkin site advised it would send an email, however it was not received via my email; rather a message via the booking app chat. Comfortable space and bed, hot water, very clean and spacious. Quiet area.

The place does not have receptionist. If you need anything you have to email. Everything is self-served. I am not used to this kind of service and more importantly, no luggage storage! This is very important!

완전 무인으로 운영되는 곳이라 체크인할 때 조금 당황했지만 이런 시스템이 신기하고 재밌었습니다. 시설은 청결했고 좋았습니다.

沒有前台，是電子接待，位置挺方便的，而且也比較乾淨，冬季出行，房間屋內比較暖和，很適合多人居住。推薦

Бесконтактное заселение удобно, на почту быстро отвечают. В номере было холодно, кондиционер не справлялся, доп. обогревателей нет.

직원분들은 모두 친절했고 문제가 생겼을 시 대응이 빨랐기 때문에 크고 작은 문제가 생겨도 무난히 넘어갈 수 있었습니다 수건 면봉 칫솔 샤워 가운 등 필요한 비품은 원하는 만큼 제공되고, 방이 넓어 4박 투숙하는 동안 불편함이 없었습니다 위치는 난카이 난바역에서 도보 10분 정도로 번화가와는 조금 떨어져 있으나 주요 관광지를 방문하기엔 문제가 없습니다

친구들이랑 여행왔는데 저렴한 가격으로 넓은 곳에 묵을 수 있어서 너무 좋았습니다 도톤보리 쿠로몬시장 신사이바시 우메다 여기저기 돌아다니기 딱 좋은 위치였어요 어메니티도 다 있고 냉장고도 적당하고 만족스런 숙박이었습니다

酒店很新，接待大廳雖小，但很有特色。有人員遙距協助辦理自助入住，酒店會透過電郵發給你大門進門密碼、房間號碼和密碼，非常方便，不用帶匙卡。房間很大，非常清潔。便利店就在2分鐘步行範圍。酒店距離地鐵站和電鐵站15分鐘內的步行時間。出行算方便。

訂的三人間空間非常大，三張雙人床，淋浴間很小，但是設備都很齊全，完全夠用，自助辦理和退房也很方便，大部分交通要步行和地鐵，也比較方便。

少し歩く距離にはありますがヘアは広く、ベッドも大きく、安く泊まれて満足でした！ 自分的には女子同士で行ったので鏡が広くあったのが朝の化粧の時助かりました。

部屋が綺麗で、アメニティもちなんとそろっていてスタッフの対応も親切でした。旅行を快適に過ごすことができました。
