The room was very nice. Staff also helpful and warm welcome. The location is about 6 minutes walk from Namba station. I love the amenities. I love the style of decoration. Room is more spacious compare to Japanese standard room type. Bed, Pillow and Blanket were superb. Wanna take home all.

A very decent hotel. The room is much bigger than standard size of the Japanese hotel room, do as the toilet room. Clean and tidy.
There are some nice restaurants in the community food hall. The burgers are matcha latte are particularly yummy to me.
Not such close to the station as the G. map says. We need around 15 mins walk from the major station to walk to the hotel. I guess that's the hidden knowledge on understanding the "walking distance" on the G.map (double the given time).

we booked the One Bedroom Suite, it really made us feel so at home. room comes with washing machine/dryer and kitchenette. of course we’re not gonna cook on vacation hence, the microwave was great to have. hotel is super near (probably 300m) to Kurumon Market which was a bonus cos we actually didn’t do our “homework” before booking this hotel. being so near means settling all our breakfast at the market. you can even buy some fresh seafood and cook a storm in the room =D

We had a great stay at Citadines Namba. The location is excellent - 10 minutes away from Nippombashi and 15min away from Namba station.
Our expectations were exceeded by the size of the rooms and how tidily clean it gets everyday. There are also 7/11, Lawson and other convenience stores nearby, and it’s very close to Kuromon market and Dontobori. I highly recommend it!

Super love the stay here! Close to nipponbashi station to go around everywhere such as the Namba station where you can connect to other lines.
Be reminded to get the osaka metro pass should you are a foreigner in the country. It helps alot!
When cleaning is concern, hotel did a tremendous job! Super love it and recommend ppl to stay here

Good location, very close to Namba station and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Staff from the front desk are very helpful, friendly and efficient. The cleaner for the last 2 nights are not very careful who dropped my personal neck pillow to the floor without picking it up. She also mixed up the position of the shampoo, conditioner, body wash and toothbrushes everytime she made the room. The water tap has water leaking but she failed to inform relevant staff to fix it and it got worst the night before check out.

First of all, great location - close to the Namba station - 10 min walk. Easy check in and lobby looks great. Drinks are not so great in the bar as per European standards (not reducing any points). Rooms are awesome - spacious and super clean. Service is fantastic. Loved outr time there.
