It was a very comfortable apartment for 4 of us. The apartment had everything you need and more!

- It is situated quite a distance from Osaka Station, in between Osaka and Fukushima Station. - Be prepared to get stuck outside the glass door of the apartment as they do not provide pin code to enter the building at all. - No staff on site for assistance. You have to first enter the building, then use a tablet to call the staff off-site. Staff wasn't well versed in English. - Can't leave luggage at the apartment if you are early. They are strict with check-in time (3pm) - The good thing is that the apartment provides kitchen, stove, fridge, dining table, washer, etc. - Bedroom is hazardous. Be prepared to trip over sharp corners of the bed frame.

First of all, I came back after a good rest. I'll write down a few things to help you with your trip. Good points 1. It's close to Umeda Station and Sky Garden. 2. There's a kitchen, so it's good for a quick meal. 3. There's a washing machine, so if you do your laundry and hang it out to dry, it acts as a humidifier. Disappointing points 1. It was a bit cramped for 3 people compared to the price. It was hard to get through the closet. It seems like it's better to just use it for 2 people. 2. It was winter, but the windows were big, so the draft was strong. I don't recommend it for people who catch a cold easily. 3. If you turn on the heater, you might get a sore throat. It would be good to have a humidifier. 4. Please clearly state "hotel entrance password" and set it correctly. I got the password wrong, so it took a long time to get in. That's all. Have a nice trip.

I have stayed in many self-service check-in hotels, and this one is the strangest: 1. Guests are required to proactively contact us to inform them of the check-in procedures, including the hotel door password and pre-registration. 2. After arriving and completing the check-in process, the door code given was wrong. After entering it three times, you had to wait for five minutes. 3. At first, I thought it was my fault. I waited five minutes and tried again, but it still didn't work. After several negotiations with the video staff, I finally took the key and opened the door. 4. The decoration and furnishings are strange, three-pointed and eight-pointed, and full of traps. Everyone left the hotel with a bloody head. Guests have mentioned the above experience earlier, and it seems that the hotel has not made any improvements.

The customer service at the front desk was random after the call was connected, but one of them had a very unfriendly attitude and used an interrogative tone. It really made me angry! The room conditions were OK except that the bed was relatively low, it was not cleaned, and the towels were not changed. But if you don't know English, it is recommended not to stay here. In case of any problems, the online front desk can only communicate in English/Japanese.

There is no check-in process and you need a password to get in. You have to scan and register your passport information on site, and you also have to fill in your email information. It is difficult to communicate via video if you don't understand Japanese or English.

The experience is average, Ctrip did not do a good job this time, and did not provide the password 1234 for the downstairs door in advance. After entering, scan the QR code by yourself + contact the staff via video to check in. The customer service is provided in Japanese, English and Burmese, and there is no Chinese service. During continuous stay, no one cleaned. The bed is very low, there is a wall-mounted air conditioner, and there is a slight water leak. Shoes cannot be worn in the room. There is wifi, but the connection fails. Not too far from Umeda station, 10 minutes walk. About 15 minutes walk from yodobashi. Better than the price.

Take the Kansai Airport bus to Hotel New Hankyu, although it takes two to three minutes longer than Herbis, but the route is more convenient. There is a kitchen, washing machine, and the two large beds are low beds and can be put together, making it convenient for families with children. Note that the hotel does not provide toothbrushes and toothpaste. There is a convenience store opposite the hotel. What I don't like personally is that the toilet and bathroom are separated, which is a bit far apart and inconvenient. We booked a 4-person room and specified two large and two small rooms, but two sets of towels were provided, which was not attentive enough. *Before checking in, you must first contact the hotel on the hotel website and provide check-in documents in advance. The hotel will provide the main entrance password to enter the building check-in (self-scan QR code check-in when arriving, use NotePad in the lobby to contact the staff to provide room information ) To check-out, you can scan the Q R code inside the room door.

Strongly not recommended! ! There is no front desk, no staff, no luggage storage... and check-in is very troublesome, and the check-in operation booked by Ctrip is even more troublesome. The check-out requirement is 10 o'clock, and half an hour is considered money... Summary: Umeda is a good area, with convenient transportation, convenient shopping, a lot of food, and a lot of hotels. You don’t need to choose this one. There are many better ones around!
