Ulasan Hearton Hotel Nishiumeda

Hotel Hearton Nishumeda was recommended to stay as it located @ heart of Umeda. Nearby transport was easy access to other parts of the of Osaka. Moreover Limousine bus board to Kansai airport also near to this hotel which within 7 minutes walking distance.

The follow Sakurabashi exit follows google map you will never loss goes wrong , provide face cleansing , toner , makeup removal and moisturiser in small packs , nice receptionist , in Japan most of hotel you just provide passport of booking name they will do the needful , no need to print out hard copy. I stay here on day one and last day but hotel not allow to keep the luggage for 3 days until we return back😥

Great location. Clean room but a little small. Need to improve sound proofing though. Neighbor hit wall bed felt like bushed.

Superb location. Only a building away from the JR station's West gate. Hotel is also beside a lot of shopping malls like Daimaru, Kitte, Hankyu with plenty of shopping and eating available. About 10 mins walk away from metro station, where you can go to Namba n Dontobori easily. Booked a triple room which was bigger. Room was spacious n had enough floor space to open 2 big luggages.

Good location, close to station and shopping centres. Very good service and very clean room. Nice breakfast with many selections. Surprised with the price. Highly recommended.

I chose tripled room for 3 members in my family. The room is spacious and clean. The location is convenient. There is ice making machine and water available for us. Excellent👏

The location of hotel is good, it’s near Osaka station and the malls. It seems that there is history of the hotel. Some miracle knock sounds at night. Easy to checkout, just putting your keycard into the box they provided. If you go shopping nearby, it’s convenient to come back and take rest in the room.

The hotel is very near to Osaka Station. Small room with a window with nothing to view. The room is just too small and too dark and it was making me feel rather uncomfortable to be inside the room.

Convenient location with relatively spacious room and bathroom. Vending machine and water dispenser are available at the corridor.

Location is good. Just situated outside the JR station South Exit, beside Kitte Building. Service is ok, nothing much to mention as I didn't called or ask for anything from Front Desk. Checking in is smooth. Amenities are available for you to take at first floor, in front of Front Desk. Cleanliness - is bad. Stayed there for 4 nights. 1st night - feel the bedsheets are uncomfortable and felt itchy when lying down. So ask to change linen the next day. 2nd night - the linens had changed, cups used are kept into the cardboard but the carpet are not vacuumed cleanly as my partner cut nails during the 1st night and now when stepped on it, we still can steps on the nails on the carpet. 3rd night - the cups are still on the tables. Carpet still same. No cleaning at all. Except for bed is tidy up. Linen no change although we placed the change linen card on bed. Note for Coffee Lovers: this hotel does not provide coffee. Amenities on first floor only have teas.

Great hotel with tidy and neat room, near to JR Osaka, walkable distance to restaurants and convenience store. Haven’t try the breakfast, but lots of choice at JR station

Excellent location near JR OSAKA west entrance , friendly staff. Bed and room is comfortable.

Location: Less than 10 mins walk from Osaka Station City. Attractions: Easy to access Namba, street food etc. being close to Osaka Station City.
