The hotel room was really cute. I was on the 15/F and it offers more privacy. The staff were really friendly. Location is amazing! Around 20 mins drive to main tourist attraction areas. Affordable parking too. Defo worth the price and really happy with them! 💖 Will stay with them again when I return to Osaka.

Hotel with a convenient location which just next to conjunction of JR and Keihan line. This twin room is extremely small even using Japanese standard. The hygienic condition of the room is below standard. I see dust and mold stains in many different corners in the room. The breakfast is adequate with limited varieties, which is probably not a good deal when priced at ¥2420 per person.

The station just a few steps away from the hotel 😍 less than 1 min ! Best location as well !

This hotel was absolutely perfect in every way—5/5 across the board. The location couldn’t have been better. The amenities were top-notch. The views from my room were stunning. Best of all, the price was incredibly reasonable for the level of comfort and service provided. I’d highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again.

Overall we had a nice stay in this hotel. The hotel is conveniently located as it is just right at the exit of the train station. The Osaka castle is also nearby, 20-25 mins walking distance. The room is a bit outdated however it was comfortable and we had a nice view over the city. The breakfast buffet was well furnished with Japanese and western choices.

Overall not bad. Good location with the train station below. Though you do hear the trains coming and going.

2nd time staying & we booked a smaller room. was a little thrown off at how small it was compared to my previous stay 🫣 room was very clean & check in was smooth as usual. overall a very convenient & affordable hotel. 7/11, family mart, drug store, donki, & mcdonalds nearby. hotel is connected to the mall as well with a grocery store, lots of food options. there’s also kinokuniya, & abc mart. straight train to & from the kansai airport, osaka castle, kyoto (gion area) & umeda.

I’ve booked a room with 3 beds. It’s not spacious but reasonable in Japan. There are a shopping mall and restaurant streets nearby. Good location and friendly staff. Breakfast is good as well.

The hotel was okay rooms were too small could have been better and too crowded with the furniture but the service was really good. The location was amazing. The JR and the Metro was just few minutes away. It had many option to eat. It was just on the top of the mall.

This was the perfect location for exploring Osaka’s main areas in a short time! I highly recommend adding breakfast options too. The breakfast buffet was out of this world- not just the same old buffet spread, but some truly different and fancy options such as herring stuffed with potato, quiche with cod roe and shrimp-stuffed dumplings in beef stew. A great value for the money- just a 20 minute walk to Osaka Castle Park and connected to all major subway and JR lines in the city.

Located next to the train station which was convenient for us. Easy and swift check-in. The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast buffet is large and local cuisine with few Western options. The downside is the rooms located on the same side as the train station are noisy, but earplugs are available.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is just next to the Keihan station. The room is very small that cannot accommodate 2 medium luggage cases. We had to open one case and closed it and then opened the other case. Besides this, everything is incredible.

The best value for money! The staff was exceptionally helpful, amazing natto for breakfast and skincare products were really good. The only thing: the room was quite small.
