受付の女性の方にとても丁寧に対応していただきました。特に、サンセットポイントまでの行き方や最適な時間帯まで、きめ細やかに教えていただき、客に寄り添った対応を最後の最後までしていただきました。 おしゃれな部屋で、中も隅々まで清掃されており、シャワーの湯温も問題なく、アメニティやヘアドライヤーの備え付け等、十分なクオリティでした。 朝食も良く、ホテル外にあるテラスからの眺めも良かったです。 ギョレメ等からはやや離れていますが、少し頑張れば歩いてサンセットポイントまでも行けます。 また、訪れたいと思えるホテルでした。

オーナーの方がとても親切で良かったです。気球等のアクティビティもネットで購入するより安く手配できるようです。 ホテルの近くから1時間に1本ほどバスが出ており、NevsehirやUrgupへはバスで移動できます。 部屋は綺麗でしたが、部屋にエアコンが無かったため少し寝苦しく感じました。 気になった点はバスルームに下水のような悪臭がしていたのと、WiFiが非常に低速で使えなかったことです。WiFiに関しては近所のレストランも非常に遅かったのでこの地域自体のネットワークの問題かもしれません。

We spent four days at The Crazy Horse Hotel and it was so comfortable and homely! The owners are really welcoming, especially the hostess who was so consciencous and smiley! Our room was comfortable and the breakfast was really nice each morning. We had such a lovely stay and felt totally comfortable at the hotel. We'd recommend it to anyone. Teşekkürler

We stayed at this hotel with my family for 2 days to visit Cappadocia. Staying at this hotel was the best decision!🥰 The hotel has very good and beautiful rooms, large comfortable beds, a gorgeous view and a delicious breakfast! Our room had a terrace overlooking the hot air balloons that Cappadocia is famous for. The hotel is located near the center and the natural park, where you can walk and see the main sights. In addition, we really liked the owner of the hotel, he is friendly and helpful, does everything to make the rest better and loves his job! If we visit Cappadocia again, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Property is run by a couple … they are most welcoming hospitable and helpful hosts ever.. They made us feel like family and every small request was taken care of They went out of their way to help in things we don’t ask for Highly recommended for everyone Rooms are clean and breakfast is good too given the amount charged
