We are here for the iftar, the buffet are very nice, good variety of food ( midle east and indonesian ) i tried the Soto Betawi is a bit different looks from what i have in different place, look like not use the coconut, but suprisingly it very nice. I love the staff everyone is warm and helpful, because to excited i forgot to take a picture. For iftar here, people should try!!!! Thank you

Had a pleasant stay for business trip for 2 days. Very friendly, helpful and informative receptionists (all male and female staff at the reception desk with brown uniform) & very helpful house keeping services. I do however experienced a little bit of weird vibes with most of the female staff (those with dark uniform) and the security where they don't smile/greet towards the guess or seems to be hesitate to greet, even when I greeted them first. As vehicles are parked outside (curbside parking) I may suggest those who drive to prepare your own umbrella during rainy season as the security will just stand and watching your getting poured and wet as you walk out of your car to get to the lobby. But overall, I had a pleasant stay despite one or two uncomfortable situation.

a very beautiful hotel, music playing at the background, feels very 1950s and British. Decoration of the hotel is beautiful too. They have a large variety of buffet breakfast choice, had dinner there twice and food was amazing, staff are friendly, massage and spa were good.

Perfect place for either a business or leissure, well done. Looking for a two nights business trip and not sure at the first time, since it is a local hotel. Nevertheless, the service is excellent and the food was great. Worth to stay, thanks.

Beautiful room, very comfortable and wonderful customer service. Excellent breakfast in the morning. We had a great experience with the hotel and restaurant. Dinner with family was delicious and beautifully served. The hotel grounds are great for children and it also congrats a very nice pool.

A pleasant stay, 5 out of 5. All staffs are really attentive, the food was delicious, complete amenities, bed and pillows are fluffy, love the overall ambience of the hotel. The strategic location is a plus point. Recommended. Must try if you visit to Malang.

The room is so spacious yet the interior is so good and different compared to the other 5-star hotel. The staff were so friendly and offered me help every time I passed them, that was a 5-star service quality. A worth staying at The Shalimar. The SHALIMAR is the perfect 5 stars hotel in malang. Location is nice. There are a lot of brunch coffe shop nearby. The room is very spacious. It is also a value for money hotel. Will be coming back for sure.

The best hotel in Malang. Never disappointed for staying in Shalimar. Great room , great shower , great pool , the workers also very very friendly , good , and helpful. Good service overal . The food also good Def will come back .

I really love this boutique hotel. The interior of the hotel is just beautiful, feels so much like a home and the service is really good as well. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast has a very good variety. I would definitely recommend to stay at this hotel.

Shalimar feels like home. The service is impeccable and the food is amazing ;try their Rawon Spaghetti and get ready for a pleasant surprise). Being a historical site, Shalimar radiates a special charm that sets them apart from other 5-star establishments in the area. They took this even further by curating authentic local experience for their guests: snacks, food, drinks- you name it! (Try Iwak Arumery, the alcoholic drink gifted to the G20 delegates, it was delicious!) Can’t wait to come back to Shalimar again in the future.

huge rooms and bathroom, very clean, romantic ambience, definitely will coming back to this hotel.. delicious breakfast, quick check in and check out.. friendly staff.. yes, i had the most enjoyfull time during my stay at this hotel.. 1000% would recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a place for spending time with your family and loved ones..
