Comfort Inn International Dr.

Nice room front desk was very helpful. Location of Hotel is outstanding within walking distance to where I needed to go. Great experience will be traveling a lot in the future and I will be staying at Quality Inn when available.

No hot water which was a known issue and they did not educate this prior to check in. Cracked mirror, ripped up carpet and stains on the bed.

The person at the front desk couldn't find my reservation it took 20 minutes to get it right. And the rooms (we had 2 rooms) one looked like someone spray painted something on the floor and the rest of the room was still a bit dirty, hair on the sink, beds, and the carpet was so dirty and nasty. Second room was the same except the bathroom tub Faucet would not shut off so it kept running. I told the front desk and said someone was coming to fix it, nobody came. We decided to leave around 11pm. Just couldn't stay there.

我感覺這個不像我一樣住過的comfort inn，毛巾粗燥的要命 和Motel的差不多，以往住她們家的店 毛巾和床都很軟和的……浴室的門關不上，浴簾拉不上 洗澡水整了一整個浴室！

It was fine for a place to sleep. A lot of little touch ups with the building could be made. Our bathtub dripped the whole 4 nights. They came and looked at it. They probably couldn't fix while we were there. Breakfast was good, but couldn't sleep in. It was over at 9 am. The ice machine on our floor was broke. The Only trash can in our room was in the bathroom. Desk but no chair. In an area that has a lot of activities. We felt safe and the people were kind. Ample free parking. Just needs some tlc on the building.

The staff was pleasant, check you in with a smile. Resolve any issue you might have. Hotel location was convenient for me.

The hotel room was incredibly and overwhelmingly dirty and without maintenance. The smell of the carpet, the bathroom and the dust on the window curtains was unbearable. The linens were not clean and had hair stuck on top of stains. The mirror closet door was rusty and dusty. The refrigerator cabinet was dirty and falling apart, it had a thick layer of dust and broken from previous leaks. The a/c was dusty and with mold. At check in I arrived late from a long 4 hour drive and had to request a change to 3 different rooms. The first 2 had an unbearable mold smell and the carpet looked sooo dirty that we couldnt pass thru the door. I hope that the owners invest on rapairs and maintenance specially deep cleaning the carpet and the bathrooms, they desperately need new linens in the rooms. I was celebrating my daughter birthday and we had to buy linens, lots of sanitizing and cleaning items because we could not locate another hotel nearby that had availability. Needless to say it was a very uncomfortable vacation. If I would have known the terrible condition of this property I would have never stayed there.

The hotel is located very close to shopping and dining. The facilities were fairly clean, but the furnishings are old and dated. The room smelled musty, the bathroom door didn't stay closed, paint was peeling in certain areas, and multiple items were rusty.
