第一天去的時候還沒打掃，訂的高層卻給我一個一樓房間，而且整個房間都是漂白水味道，我一家子人都等在外面，餐枱上都是臟毛巾，位置還算可以 後面換了一個房間但是入住體驗不好，住了三天沒有人打掃

the whole trip was spoiled when our bathroom flooded from the ceiling at 1am and front desk did not care just said get your stuff and come for another key very rude and the flooded bathroom was not very clean

Reservation made accommodations for a high up floor and ended up with a bottom ground level floor. Very bummed. flew from Michigan to be in this hotel

Owner texted within 15 mins of walking in to rate the place.
Water was warm, interior doors were loose wouldnt close, there was rust in light fixtures. Alot of stuff was falling apart. The balcony had no view.

This property never fails for a large family. We travel frequently to Orlando and you can’t beat this price for a 3 bedroom. Plenty of space and staff is amazing. Big shout out to Gardenia who was nothing but welcoming and happy to accommodate us. 10 stars for sure! Thank you Floridays always! See u soon!
