I previously stayed at this hotel in June 2024 for a business trip and was impressed by the exceptional service, cleanliness, and hospitality. With that positive experience in mind, I was happy to return for an overnight stay on October 17. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. I was assigned Room 300, which, while clean, is in need of some maintenance. The security lock had been removed and not replaced, which was unsettling as the room is accessible from the stairs that lead directly to the street. This creates a potential security concern, especially since it’s the route other guests use to access rooms 301-305 after hours. If you're looking for a peaceful night's sleep, I wouldn’t recommend Room 300. Throughout the night, several guests passed by, many of whom were loud and intoxicated. The room's location makes it difficult to avoid disturbances from other guests coming and going. The bathroom also requires attention. The mirror is broken, with a sharp, exposed edge, which is hazardous. Additionally, the space between the bathroom wall and the toilet is so tight that it’s challenging to move comfortably, especially for larger individuals. Recommendations: 1. Consider room placement more thoughtfully—guests on business trips who need a quiet night’s sleep should not be placed in high-traffic areas, or soundproofing measures should be taken. 2. Address the maintenance issues in Room 300, particularly the broken mirror and missing security latch. 3. While the bathroom’s limited space may be difficult to change, be mindful of assigning rooms with such tight spaces to guests who might need more room. Despite the lack of sleep, I want to commend the staff for their attentive hospitality, and the breakfast burritos were excellent. I hope this feedback will help improve your services moving forward.
