Nice stay. Rooms and restaurant very neat. Reception and hotel manager behaviour was good. Totally nice and good stay for family.

location is good and staff are okay. hotel doesn't have lift.. one has to take stairs for at least 2 floors to reach to rooms(nothing in ground floor, 1st floor is reception and restaurant only).. we got rooms in 4th floor so it was difficult as went with family.. also, people in the others rooms didn't maintain calmness.. very noisy environment..

Very nice ambience and maintained the star hotel decorum! breakfast served was good. Good location, walkable distance to gandhipuram bus stand and near to coimbatore railway junction. Front desk mr murugan is always helping and he is too good. We will visit this hotel again!

Very beautiful stay, staff was really helpful and helped with checking even at 1pm in the night. I would recommend this to everyone.

Room and bathroom quality is very bad no provide any tea coffee maker. Floor, room no, and balcony is also not mentioned by make my trip app these advantages taken by hotel authorities. Behaviors of hotel authority is very bad.

Average experience, recipentist is rude. There is no lift. We have room on 4th floor. We paid 5000per room but room is available for 2000/room offline.

I stayed there with my family. They help me with early checkin too. The rooms are clean and you can get hot water too.

No lift, restaurant is not open for breakfast. No room service. We had to go to restaurant to place order and only then they serve it to room. Hotel is in main junction in charring cross. Noisy traffic will wake everyone up in morning.

Friendly check in. They gave alternate arrangement for fresh up when we teacher earlier to check in time. Room is very beautiful than our expectation it is spacious, very clean. Hot water available at all time. Nice bed and blankets. There is a drinking water supplying machine in varanda. So no water issues. Extra beds provided for needy. Parking area is spacious. Tasty food available in the attached restaurant with average cost. Many hotels, tea stalls available around the hotel by 1 or 2 minutes walkable distance. Excellent city centered location. We reached botanical garden by 5mts walk. No lift here.
