We reached nearly 10 Am, the check-in time was at 12:009PM. But thanks to the attendant he gave us the room within 10:15 AM itself. 24/7 hot water facility was available both for drinking and bathing. The hotel is at a very good location as it's in a city center so you can find everything essential within a walkable range. The cleanliness is maintained. The overall experience was really good. A must stay place if you're travelling Ooty.

Stay in hotel sanjay is amazing compact room attached bathroom hot water is available 24hours tv also available. Restaurant available food is good. Cab is arranged for us to visit the places room price is reasonable and affordable
