I waited at the door for almost an hour before I could successfully check in. I kept contacting trip.com, but they only said hello. I am currently contacting the agent and the hotel. It was already past the scheduled dinner time, and it took a lot of time to check in online when I entered the room. I don't understand if a password is required to check in, why should I go to the door and contact the hotel to give the password? It's really a very bad experience.

It is not easy to tell the location of the place in English; the long order reservation number also needs to be in English. Just say it. After entering the gate, you need to use the electronic screen provided on the wall to check in. You need to enter a lot of information, such as each guest's name, phone number, address, occupation, date of birth, PASSPORT NO.....etc., and you need to take a PASSPORT photo. And a photo of each guest’s head... It's also quite troublesome... The facilities in the house are quite complete. There is a supermarket nearby where you can buy things and cook them yourself. However, the kitchen does not have oil and various seasonings, so you have to cook simple meals.

The environment is quiet, there is Lawson and a supermarket for buying fruits and vegetables nearby, and it is very close to the scenic spots Hachimangu Shrine and Hachimanbori. The facilities are complete. Only one room has a wardrobe. I hope to add a clothes rack in the other room. The pin to enter the house was wrong. Fortunately, we arrived in the afternoon and trip.com was able to help quickly. But the tablet in the room was broken and I couldn't check in/out. I had to notify the hotel through trip.com. Hope the hotel can take care of these contact facilities.

The B&B facilities are very good and clean, but when we arrived, there was a road under construction outside, which affected the living experience.
