Aes Club Hotel

After reading some reviews before going I was apprehensive. However, we had a really enjoyable stay. Of course this hotel isnt 5 star luxury but it is okay. We didn't experience any issues with cleanliness, the pool water was crystal clear, the food was good, the staff are so hardworking and put in long hours & the rooms are reasonable. For this type of hotel everything is as expected really. There are a few problems like the poolside can be slippery, doesn't help that some kids were using the ramps as water slides, not the hotels problem. Drinks are a little slow in the evening, but during the day absolutely okay. It's a little tired and aside from the main reception could do with a bit of work on it. One thing I didn't like was the shuttle to Paradise Beach. If you are in a large group this can work out very expensive. Your kind of stuck there once you've used the free shuttle bus, unless you organise a taxi back. We did about £120 in the day for 5 of us including lunch, drinks and pedalo hire and the sunbeds. There was really loud music and the beach is small and crowded. The water was t as clear and blue as you would be led to believe. Overall that was disappointing. We found getting a taxi or bus to Oludeniz public beach was much nicer. The water is deep, and it's a pebble beach but I think this makes the water clearer. The water was fun with waves and it was so warm. Cost us about TL250 from the hotel in a taxi. I think as long as your not expecting a luxury all inclusive you will have a nice time.

I recently returned from 2 weeks at this hotel with my wife, daughter, mum, dad and my daughter's boyfriend. Our honest review is that this is a lovely hotel, but like a lot of the other reviews, the hotel lacks a bit of common sense when it comes to cleanliness and our observation is that this is down to management and not the staff who work there. ROOMS: Rooms are basic but very clean, towels and bedding were changed on a daily basis and water was also replaced every day. Can't complain as a room is just to sleep in as you are always out all day at the pool or on trips. THE STAFF: Honestly, they never stop, and they try their very best. You never see them standing there doing nothing. If they are not serving guests, they clean up after them. I get that people are on holiday, but why do manners and personal cleanliness go out of the window? Every time we went back to the bar, we always took our own empty glasses with us and on some occasions I would pick others up on the way past. The reason for mentioning this is that people are complaining about glasses being on the tables, but if the staff are busy serving guests, then people should understand that this is going to be the case. ENTERTAINMENT TEAM: Apo, Ozzy and Berry are amazing from their "Good Morning" walk around every morning to Apo's BYE BYE message at night. They never stop!! They interact with everyone, even if you don't interact with the activities, they still come over and speak to you. Thank you for everything and we will never forget the club dance. FOOD: If you have done All Inclusive before, then you know that food will get repetitive, but there was always something to eat and, to be honest, most of the food we had was very tasty. Again, other reviews complain about the food always being the same, but if you eat chips every day because you won't try something new, then it will always be the same. DRINKS: We have done All Inclusive about 5 times before this one, and we have never had a 2 drink rule. Don't get me wrong from a business / profit point of view, I get it, but if this was from a certain time at night, then it would be better, and they wouldn't get as many complaints about it, but to have this rule all day long just doesn't make sense, especially when there are large groups that go away together, and you are trying to get drinks for everyone. In our party, my dad couldn't really get up for drinks as he had a stroke a few years ago and has a stick and only the use of 1 arm, so he can't carry a drink and his stick at the same time. If I wanted drinks for the table, then we had to make a few trips and stand in queues all the time as there was always 1 person behind the bar, and they had to clean and serve at the same time - again not their fault. This was all down to management. I would say 1 person doing the soft drinks etc. and another doing the beer would make it run a bit better and the queues wouldn't be as long. MANAGEMENT: Not the nicest I have interacted with

the best of the best the entertainment team are amazing the food and chefs are great the cleaners are the sweetest and most efficient people. i will most definitely be coming back next year and i would love to see the staff again i wish i didnt have to leave

Omg what a wonderful 10 days we spent here. Very clean and good selection of foods daily. Could do with more air conditioning in the upstairs restaurant as was very hot. The entertainment crew were brilliant. Took time out to engage with all guests and were brilliant with kids. The crew made the holiday alot more enjoyable. Very funny and have some good acts on. Would highly recommend

this is our 3rd time we have come here the entertainment team are the absolute centre if this hotel without them it wouldnt have the same feel of friendly fun and laughter around it appo and ozzy are amazing and we always look forward to the time that we spend with them here our kids absolutely love them as do we hotel it is great clean and food is absolutely great salads are amazing always something to eat everyday lovw love love this hotel and staff would highly recommend a+++++++

I had lovely spa ,turkish bath —Girls nil and nas were very friendly, had the deluxe full package with serkan and lidya I felt like a brand new woman after ,,they treat you really well u feel like a queen and king❤️❤️❤️defo recommend to do it ,u wont regret100% .

Just waiting for our transfer after spending 11 nights here. We've had a fantastic time, the staff cannot do enough for you. The entertainment team and bar staff work tirelessly. The pool area and paths/gardens are always being cleaned/maintained and the pool area and toilets are the cleanest I've ever seen in years of AI hotels. The bedrooms are large,clean with excellent air-conditioning. Lots of returning guests have said the food has gone down hill. I couldn't find fault really, if anything , a few things are repeateded abit too often. The food is presented beautifully,lots of fresh salads and desserts, freshly made omelette at breakfast time. There's always a lady with anti bac spray for your hands at the entrance to the restaurant. Now for a couple of niggles.The sunbed cushions are stained ( water,suncream, drinks) they don't look great and the white beds ought to be jet washed each night. There have been times when the restaurant has ran out of plates/cups and we've been hanging about waiting. 1 night guests were glass collecting! The restaurant has table cloth runners ,2 per table. I regularly found them to be stained, threadbare. I watch and the waiters shake them off after each use and just turn them over. So the floors are then covered in crumbs etc and the next person sits down to a dirty runner. It must cost them to wash etc and they're pointless, I'd much rather see them use antibacterial spray after each use. Basically, more staff needed I think as the current staff never stop! The area is lovely, great boat trip on 1 of the days and afew meals out at local restaurants which were all excellent. Overall, it's been a great week and we've all really enjoyed it.

This hotel was awesome, in total 13 of us went and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, food is always fresh and plenty of choice... Rooms are clean and tidy with free coffee tea and bottles of water all replenished daily when your room is cleaned. All staff members were wonderful a few shops on site including a tattooist (she is amazing) and a spa also brilliant. We booked a few days out with the locals as it's cheaper then booking with the TUI rep, entertainment was amazing we saw a circus performance, breakdance performance and a traditional Turkish dance performance. Would definitely return :-)

After reading the poor reviews before we arrived, we were presently surprised. From check-in to being shown to our room, we were still very hesitant, but the room was clean, tidy, and functional for 2 adults and a 2 year old we made do with the travel cot provided just. The kids' pool area was clean and well used by not just the little one, no mould insight. P.s. Around the edge was very slippery and saw a few little ones fall hand hit the floor hard. The whole hotel is kept clean and tidy. Food this was the one thing that has made me indifferent to weather I came here again every 3 days the menu reset if you like meatballs, chicken, turkey and pasta on a rolling 3 night run you wonygo far wrong. Salad and cold meats were nice, always plenty of cakes tho big letdown was very slow wait staff never replenishing cups glasses and cutlery never 1 piece of baklava on which when I in a turkish hotel in the middle 🇹🇷 you would hope for some tradition We were never hassled by staff to use the facilities. This was a plus in my eyes. Kids' disco starting at 21:30 was too late for our little man. Very undesired as to whether I would return. Good hotel, great location, just let down by the lack of variety in the evening and lack of wait staff.
