Ulasan THB El Cid - Adults Only

The amenities and room qualities are way below the expectations. My friend and I have travelled around the world including many countries in Europe and this is the worst four star hotel we’ve ever encountered. The water was leaking from the shower place, the sound proof was almost not there and the window didn’t prevent any wind from coming inside and it was chilly at night despite that the temperature was above 12 C. The check-in procedure was longer. The only thing we appreciated was the breakfast and that was why I gave 1 star.

Overall good but missing the key details for example they give a kettle, tea, coffee but missing creamers/milk. They have fixed soap dispensers but they do not work properly, there is no door to the shower by design but this means the whole bathroom gets wet and steams up.

Good location, right in the city centre, beachside, nice sea view from the room, big balcony, nice swimming pool, fair price

挺好的，門口走幾步就是公交車站，去palma十幾分鍾很方便，離機場很近。在海邊，就是晚上海浪聲有點吵。

海景房真不錯，景色很美，樓下走幾步就是公交車站，進城十幾分鍾

環境：很好， 設施：完善 衞生：乾淨 服務：到位 總的説是非常完美的酒店，公交太不方便，樓下200米 海灘50米 景色怡人 我下次來還會住這裏

Отличный отель! Аэропорт не далеко. У меня рейс был с пересадкой 36 часов, поэтому расположение отеля было важным. Круглосуточная стойка регистрации - отлично, так как самолет задержали и в отель я попал уже далеко после полуночи. Завтрак хороший, овощи, фрукты в разнообразии. На территории бассейн, и пляж тоже был не далеко. Номер большой, просторный, чистый!
