Convenient but noisy location with a small (max 4 car) private parking. Very clean but extremely small room. Huge bathroom with lots of wasted space. A tall shoe cabinet for 12 pairs of shoes right under the towel rack that turns it unusable. Elevator, breakfast served, huge balcony with half covered by three A/C units. Absolutely no sound insulation. Even on the third floor you are having a feeling that the front door is made from carton, because you hear the passing cars as if they were almost in your room. It is OK to use the hotel if you travel by car, but otherwise is not of a great value. Front desk service was good.

The address of the property was wrong The street number was listed as 395 but was actually 394. Because the numbers on either side of the road were out of sync it was difficult to find. It was much further along than we thought. Our info promised us a welcome drink but the desk clerk told us for sanitary reasons they hadn’t been doing that for a year. However we were free to buy drinks. My room had a very musty smell. A very positive thing was that our desk clerk arranged for a ride to the airport for us at 5:00am. The driver showed up right on time. The desk clerk was generally very friendly and helpful. The hotel was a little far from the centre of town but there was a great family oriented pizza restaurant across the street

Nous avons passè une nuit dans 1 chambre triple très spacieuse, parking gratuit dans la rue, tarif 70€ la nuit et 3.50€ par adulte pour la taxe de séjour. Nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner. Vous avez un mc donald's et un supermarché vraiment pas loin. L'hotel est à 15km de l'aeroport d'olbia. Bon accueil, chambre propre, mini bar.

Abbiamo prenotato questa struttura attirati dalle 4 stelle e dall'apparente stato della struttura che evidentemente é stata documentata parecchi anni fa. La camera che ci é stata riservata si trova nella parte posteriore della struttura, l'accesso alla stanza avviene direttamente dal cortile tramite una porticina in alluminio rivestita da una pellicola a specchio...giá l'accesso é stato difficoltoso perché la tenda non scorreva e si incastrava sulla porta. Da dove partire...bah, giro letto in ecopelle completamente logoro, basta guardare la foto, le mensole ai fianchi del letto oltre che completamente rovinate sotto una aveva una cingomma e ragnatele in quantitá, nel letto a castello mia figlia si é rifiutata di dormire perché completamente sgangherato, dondolava da destra a sinistra oltre ad avere il copriletto abbastanza sporco, tralasciamo la pulizia del televisore e passiamo al bagno, spoglio di tutto, quello di casa non lo é cosi tanto nemmeno quando diamo il bianco, giusto tre mignon di shampoo poggiati tra qualche capello avanzato da qualcuno e un rotolo di carta igienica, la doccia abbiamo evitato di usarla. L'indomani mezz'ora prima del check out ci siamo ritrovati in camera la signora delle pulizie che "credeva" fossimo giá andati via. Esperienza terribile. Non lo consiglierei assolutamente a nessuno.

La camera si trovava al piano terra con accesso al di fuori della hall dell’albergo, direttamente sulla strada. Vi si accedeva da una porta desueta a doppia anta è dotata di maniglioni anti panico. Inoltre, avevamo richiesto un letto matrimoniale e ci siamo ritrovati con due letti singoli attaccati che lasciavano una decina di cm in mezzo. Molto scomodo. Infine, penso ci sia stata data una camera per disabili nonostante non ne avessimo fatto richiesta e non ne avessimo bisogno.

Personale bravissimo gentile e premuroso. Il sig. Giuseppe ci ha messo subito a nostro agio. Zona tranquilla appena fuori centro storico. Ottimo parcheggio gratuito. La camera spaziosa pulita ,ma da rivedere i mobili datati. La colazione ben assortita sia dolce che salata. Ottimo il prezzo per quello che offre l’hotel. Sicuramente lo consiglio, se non si cerca il pelo nell’uovo Grazie al sig. Giuseppe una persona bravissima 👍

Bagno stretto, senza finestra e senza aspiratore. Piani di appoggio quasi inesistenti, idem per attaccapanni al muro in camera.
