We want to share a nice holiday. 1 .High quality service and very friendly staff. 2. The service department is successful in food and beverage. 3. Rooms are spacious and hygienic. Friendly staff greets you at the 4th entrance. 5.The food is delicious. 6. interest and relevance is quite high. Our room is calm and quiet with a sea view. delicious cocktails are served in the lobby and in the bars. I would also like to thank the manager Mr. Mehmet during the day. This hotel is the address where your dreams come true. Meals, a wide variety of drinks, a very nice dessert section, a variety of bean coffee machines, it makes very good coffee

Последили в другой корпус не Делюкс, а теодор. Отель свалил вину на вас, что внутри программа показывает бронь в теадоре, а у меня в ваучере нет об этом информации Нет халатов нигде, вайфай не работает от слова совсем будьте готовы, тратить свой интернет, фруктов практически нет яблоко апельсины это ппцц для Турции продавать клубнику на пляже за 4 доллара, и специально в отели её не давать, аналогично с арбузами, когда еще и не сезон, фрукты за деньги пожалуйста,🙈🙈🙈 В Мерсине в отелях 3 и 4 звезды и то есть все сезонные ягоды и фрукты Балконы грязные как будто никогда не моют Виды красивые, еда остальная вполне нормальная и вкусная, но для 5ки разнообразия мало Спасибо что гезлюме на пляже бесплатно 😅😅они очень вкусные

I fell in love with the location of the hotel. Such a facility could only have such quality people. The staff was great, very caring. Food was good, snack bar was sufficient. The sea is crystal clear and wonderfully shallow. I loved the activities done in the pool. I experienced aqua biking and aqua jumping for the first time in my life. The instructor was very professional. Kangoo Jumps activity is held on Saturdays. I was so tired but it was worth it. It was incredible. I'll come again.

This is certainly not a 5 star hotel. We had a broken toilet and chair in our room. There were leaks, rust and peeling paint around the site. The staff were disinterested, rude and could hardly speak English. When we asked for a Coke they pointed to the toilets!! The service and food were poor and packed food away early in the restaurant. This is a maximum 3 star at best. The pools, slides and playgrounds were good to be fair. PLEASE DON’T GO UNLESS YOU SPEAK RUSSIAN. Very disappointed overall. Plus our transfer didn’t arrive

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, our stay at this '5-star' resort was beyond disappointing. Please listen to the most recent reviews on here before booking - you will regret choosing this accommodation. We were greeted by rude staff on arrival, which we shrugged off and assumed a language barrier. We soon realised this wasn't the case - most (90%) of our interactions with staff were bad. They were rude, unhelpful, unwelcoming, and made us feel uncomfortable during our stay. I asked a F&B manager a question, he grunted, walked off and talked to colleagues. I assumed he'd come back with the answer - he never did. The same man we asked for a coca cola at the bar, he said, 'no, there is coke in your room'. How is this a 5* all-inclusive if they want to send you to your room (we were in a separate building), for the one coke in the fridge there? There is a lot of building work going on throughout the resort. We spent our days listening to sawing, drilling, jetwashing, all accompanied by a smell of egg. Lots of work trucks and tractors driving through. Not the most relaxing pool days. Speaking of the pools, when we arrived, some were empty or filled with dirty water - not particularly inviting. A lot of things weren't open - it was clearly start of the season, but we didn't expect them to be half shut when allowing guests (we weren't made aware when booking that this would be the case). The 'A La Carte' restaurants clearly weren't open, as when we went for our 'A La Carte' night that was included, they sent us to a make-shift restaurant in the Beach Bar (entirely unspecial), and didn't give us a menu - they brought the same food to everyone (some of it was the same as the buffet). The food is below average, definitely not 5* worthy, and you'd spend half your dinner time searching for forks (there were never any on the table), or queuing for the grill (supply vs demand completely off). We barely spent any of our meal times actually sat together eating. When we left I was prepared to give a short overview of our bad experience when asked how our stay was. No surprise that they didn't ask us anything - just took the keys back and that was that. We wasted our only holiday this year here, and regret it entirely. We tried our best to enjoy it, but there was too much wrong with this place to find any joy at all. Seeing the responses from the hotel on the reviews, trying to turn any complaint around on the individual, proves that this is not a place that you want to go on holiday. We didn't see any problems caused by guests there during our stay.

First impressions room and hotel very nice ...However. food same everyday lunch and dinner chicken & fish no lamb or beef served . Whatever is left over from lunch they reheat for the evening. For a decent meal you will have to venture out to the bazaar on the ***** is an amazing restaurant called palms . . Definitely not a 5 star rating hotel . Non English speaking staff ..we encountered a few problems which took over a week to resolve the receptionist kept fobbing me off . I would give this hotel a wide birth if you are from the U.K.you are not made welcome
