Residence Inn Cincinnati North/West Chester

Overall, I found this hotel to be absolutely excellent. Below are details of my experience in a one king one bedroom suite, which was available at a competitive price for the area. The room itself was both clean and spacious, with a nice living room and kitchen upon entering. There were plenty of places to set, a pull out sofa, a TV and chest, a spacious desk, plenty of power outlets, and a well equipped kitchen. On the opposite side of a door, there was a clean and comfy queen bed, two side tables, a TV, plenty of storage, and power ports. In addition, there was a sink and closet with a ton of storage, and then a bathroom with a toilet and tub/shower. The only complaints I had were a lack of USB ports other than directly beside the bed, and a few caulk issues around the shower. As for the rest of the hotel, it was very nice with an indoor pool, business center, and fitness center. Both the free breakfast and customer service were fantastic, and the parking lot and outdoor areas were quite nice. The location is also good, close to IKEA and just up the road from downtown and just down the road from a huge mall and outlets. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed here many times, but this time was our longest and best visit. We had out dog with us as well. From the time we checked in to the time we left it was like we were with family and friends. Plenty of parking. Pool with a hot tub. When entering or leaving everyone is greeted. Breakfast is free and plentiful. Coffee is in reception My husband can’t eat a certain ingredient do so they Rebecca and Cindy made sure what he could eat was always available. The guy who called the lift for people was the GM, Brad. Always with a smile. The ladies doing housekeeping are superstars. Nothing s a problem for them. The gentlemen who cleans up he areas is so sweet. Maintenance guys go out of their way to help where and when they can. Mike and Frank are superstars Rebecca, Cindy, Charity, Kaylynn, Lynsey and Reokis Really go above and beyond. I mentioned once about something that I liked and from that day forward it was available in reception and told it was a great idea. My dog loved the place he was treated like a prince. The dog area has poop bags Incase you forget (who’d forget) nice area for dogs to go toilet. The area has a nice choice or places to eat in lots of price ranges.

I spent a good two weeks at this hotel for business I had in the area. The staff is absolutely exceptional. I cannot say enough about how professional, friendly, and helpful they were during my stay. The service industry is a hard career, and the staff really cared about the guest and liked their jobs. So nice to see this, and really made my day coming back after a long day of business work. The place is clean and well maintained. Great amenities, including an indoor pool, hot tub, and gym area. They also have washers and dryers available. Although they were a little on the older side, they worked and were relatively inexpensive to use. Cheaper than a laundromat, and much more convenient. The breakfast offered in the morning was one of the best I have had at a hotel. Due to the length of my stay the kitchenette provided a great alternative to constantly eating out while there on my extended stay. Highly recommend!!

Front Desk and General Manager are unreasonable and not customer service oriented. They chose to pad profits rather than retaining a customer. This place is not a typical hotel. This is for people staying long term. I felt as though since I wasn't living here I was disregarded and not seen as a potential revenue stream.
