Recht zentral gelegen, cooles industrial design. Zimmer ordentlich mit guten Betten. Im Bad fehlten Papiertücher, die Dusche war sauber, eine tote Spinne an der Decke hätte man beseitigen können. Handtücher von guter Qualität. Frühstück reichhaltig und die Dame vom Frühstücksservice freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Hätte man sich auch beim Auschecken gewünscht: Der Mitarbeiter wirkte verschlafen und verwirrt und fragte nicht, ob wir evtl. gefrühstückt hätten. Ob wir zufrieden waren, interessierte nicht und eine gute Reise wünschte er uns auch nicht. Schade.

On the whole, I'm satisfied with the hotel.
However, its room cleaning is changed to request basis without any visible information in the room. I've stayed at the hotel many times.
It is not convenient for foreign visitors. I hope they will put the information in the room or its bath room.

Checked in with friends - the staff acted very coldly towards us. Went up to room, could not get in, door would not work. Went down to lobby, they insulted my intelligence by telling me “the door does not open on its own”. Went back up after no help, had to slam my entire body weight against the door to get in. Shortly after - my friends send me a picture and a call showing and saying that they found bed bugs in their bed. Disgusted, we checked our bed to find no less than 3 bugs. We packed quickly, mortified, and went down to check out, where they told us when it came to a refund “we will do what we can.”. We were able to find another hotel that night and left at about 10:30 PM. It has been two days, and it has been radio silence. Hoping to hear back and get a refund for our two nights.

No air conditioning but was a reasonable room for the price. The hotel restaurant was amazing and the staff was great! They stayed open just for us. Best schnitzel we had all trip! Supermarket right across street from hotel which was a bonus.

Issues with booking. When I arrived the reception said the booking payment was declined, dispite another room on the same booking being approved.
I showed the ******* reciept clearly showing the booking had two paid for rooms. Also the bank statement matching the payment amount. But the receptionist insisted I had to pay for 1 room still and claim it back off *******.

Usual place to stay for the business trip.
They tried to arrange a newly renovated room but unfortunately there was no refrigerator. It's pity. I hope to have a new room with a refrigerator next time.
I like the breakfast.

Things didn't start off well, to be honest. The guy at the front desk "couldn't find" the reservation and we spent a good five minutes discussing this with him while showing him confirmation numbers, credit cards, etc. Finally he decided to look in a drawer and miraculously found the reservation. Then I requested a wake up call for 3 hours later which actually came the next morning. I DID make sure to request the call for zwansig Uhr and not for acht Uhr. Aside from these two errors, though, the hotel was great. The room was spacious, more than enough bathroom towels and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. Props to the breakfast crew for letting us eat when we showed up later than we should have (I think we walked in 5 minutes before it was to shut down). They didn't hurry us out or make us uncomfortable, they just let us eat and even told us there was no need to hurry - because we were hurrying. The front desk staff after our check in were great. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the local area and went above and beyond to assist us.
