"And now, suddenly, another email arrived saying that a bill for dinner is unpaid! I paid it, including the tip. I signed it first, then my husband said, "Come on, let's pay it right away, then it's settled." So he paid it, because we also paid for the other drinks, etc., at the bar afterward. First, the email replied, "Okay, then it's settled." And now another email... an outstanding bill! I've never experienced anything like this before... From no room cleaning and no refilling/changing of towels to suddenly an outstanding bill for what we paid the service staff, including the tip! Very disappointed! It's a real shame that there wasn't more choice for children at breakfast, and especially that there was no sparkling water! Something I've experienced as a frequent traveler! It's also a shame that the room wasn't cleaned from Friday to Monday! We had it set to "green" (indicating a clean room)! Only overnight until breakfast was it set to "red" (indicating a clean room), but nobody cleans then. We had a very overflowing trash can and asked for a trash bag. We didn't receive any fresh cleaning tablets, toilet paper, wipes, etc.! I brought my own tissues and wet wipes! Very disappointing! The bath towels were never changed either! It was very disappointing for such a high price for days with only breakfast included, especially since one morning we went to a bakery for breakfast with crusty bread. Unfortunately, it didn't meet our expectations! The hot/cold water mixer in the shower wasn't working properly! The toilet drain didn't work either!! Very unpleasant... And there was no attempt at accommodation or anything like that from the hotel!! I explained all of this! What a shame!!!!"

"We spend a wonderful week in das Jägerhof with our 2 children. The room was very clean and pleasant. The meals in the evening were cooked very pure and delicious, quite a lot as well. And we surely enjoyed the outstanding wine card. This hotel is run by the whole family , which is lovely to see. On Christmas eve we had an aperitive on the terrace with everyone , even with a small singing session! Super."

"Without exaggerating, I think this was the nicest place we’ve ever stayed! Everything is designed to make you feel at home. The apartment is extremely clean and fully equipped, with an electric cooktop, oven, microwave, capsule coffee machine, kettle, and dishwasher. You’ll find everything you could possibly need in the kitchen: dishes, cutlery, flower vases, pots, strainers, dishwashing liquid (including for the dishwasher), coffee cups, mugs—truly everything. You don’t need anything at all except food, if you feel like cooking. As a welcome treat, we found some pasta and tomato sauce, which we prepared on our first evening—excellent! Thank you very much, MYALPS! On ground floor - a very good idea—the late check-out rooms: they have a separate toilet and a bathroom with a toilet and shower, with towels and everything you need if you want to check out of the room (at 9:30) and leave later. You can still go around town for souvenirs and spices—there’s a great shop right across from the hotel. On the first floor, there’s a laundry area with washing machines, dryers, drying racks, detergent, and everything you need to wash and dry your clothes. On the third floor, there’s a wine bar and a sauna. Parking is secure and located underground, with access using your room card. Right across the street, there’s a very well-stocked supermarket where you can find anything you need. Next door, just as you step out and turn left, there’s a bakery with delicious options for coffee, fresh bread, sandwiches, and drinks if you prefer to enjoy them outside the hotel. The area is full of great restaurants and shops for souvenirs or mountain and ski equipment. The staff is extremely kind and always happy to help and give recommendations. Be sure to ask at reception—they offer various discount packages for restaurants and activity centers. We got tickets to the Aqua Dome thermal spa with a 10% discount, as they are partners. What more can I say? I could go on forever! It was perfect—honestly, it doesn’t deserve 5 stars, but 10 out of 5! Congratulations to the entire team—we had a wonderful stay that went by far too quickly. We will definitely be back!"
