Ulasan Holiday Inn & Suites Oakville at Bronte, an IHG Hotel

Our stay in this hotel was ok. The staff at the reception were nice but we had few other issues during this stay. The room had smoke smell. The shower door doesn’t close well and when someone takes a shower the water leaks out to the room floor. We came back one day and the housekeeping didn’t clean our room and when we asked for it to be cleaned they said the house keepers leave at 5 so it’s not possible to do so! And the last thing they have no safe box.

While a little ways from the village centre, this hotel provided a wonderful retreat experience. The free breakfasts were hearty, and I was able to complete a few runs down the fabulous Donovan Bailey trail. The servers at the Burger Theory Bar were excellent, and the clientele was certainly interesting. For some reason my bathroom had a plastic chair in the shower (pictured), so I took advantage by sitting down in it and drinking a beer in the shower.

本次是商務出行，酒店環境不錯，服務熱情周到，酒店位置不錯，交通便利，下次還是會考慮選擇該酒店入住出行。

Nice hotel for a night, with clean rooms and facilities. Bed was super comfortable also. Limited public transport.

Hotel is conviently located near Hopedale bowling where we participated in a provincial tournament. It is a great choice for us for its location, it’s quiet and comfortable. We are repeat customers and are always welcomed by staff.

Great hotel nothing but great service easy check in, great rooms, top notch at an affordable price for the area.

Conscience but wished your restaurant was open for lunch when we checked in. the fan in the bathroom needs to be replaced too loud

Staff are friendy helpful and approachable. Rooms are clean. Housekeeping friendly and willing to help by bringing extra towels if more needed. Comfortable beds and pillows and Quiet. Music and decorations add to the Christmas spirit. Lots of parking availabe. Always enjoy staying here.

We stay here because it’s right next door to the Oakville Conference Centre. The rooms are big and clean.

Convenience was the main reason we stay there. And we will stay there again. The public areas are spotless and attractive. The room was fine.The front desk people are friendly, helpful and efficient. We were were a little disappointed with housekeeping. They forgot to make up our room one day. On another day the the bed was sloppily made up and the room was not vacuumed.
