Ulasan NU Hotel @ KL Sentral

The location was exceptional. Room size was decent for the price with just enough place on the floor for cabin size luggage to be opened up. Floor is not dusty but there is definitely much room for improvement on cleanliness. Switches and areas like hairdryer amenities were dusty, there is moulds in various noticeable spots especially in the toilet. Toilet paper holder was broken and dirty on the inside that I chose to remove the paper that has been just left inside resting on the unclean holder. Fridge is not in a useable state in my POV (please see photo). I may be hesitant to rebook in the future.

The place is clean, air con is great… service is fast… centralized location, MRT / LRT / trains are just within walking distance… food is all over the place, there is a big mall just 3 mins walk away… love it

Repeat stay. The room looked ok as usual but this time I had a very unpleasant surprise. A centipede was crawling on the bed. Luckily the sheets were white.

No amenities provided like toothbrush and stuff Location is walking distance to the main train station about 10 mins - do note that it isn’t in the NU Central Mall Price is good, Room is simple and no frills. If you need it just for one night to transit it’s okay. Weird layout with windows of the room opening into the hallway. Cleanliness and maintenance could be improved - we saw some needles pin kind of things on the table.

Ok for solo travel. Near to public transport. Near to KL sentral and Nu sentral. Walking distance. Easy to find all food.

The best

Super convenient. Couple of minutes distante from KL Sentral and shopping mall. Definitely centric, and good money/quality option!. Probably the best bargain close to Sentral

It's a hotel where you just need a night to catch a flight the next day. Location is very good, very near to NU Central where you need to take the transport to KLIA. There's plenty of food outlets and convenience stores nearby. Room wise, it's small but at least there's a window.

We love to stay at this hotel last time but this was a bad experience. Rude staff esp. front desk..not the new ones but the old ones...management is terrible

Very convenient location for train transit and a big shopping mall just beside it. There are many of Indian restaurant if you are a fan of Indian food.

Good location. Leave on the west side of KL Sentral station. Go to Nu Sentral Mall. There is an escalator on the outskirts of the mall that takes you to Jalan Tun Sambanthan. Don't have to walk along the dangerous roadside (Jalan StessenSentral5) as directed by Google Map. Cleanliness and service are okay.

in general the hotel is value for money but the linen & wall had moldy stains.

Convenient hotel around KL sentral and if you planning to roam around by train and this hotel is suit for you. Clean🏡 comfy bed and blanket but side lamp was malfunctioned and water heater doesn't work properly even i already run out the water from its shower for almoat 30 mins.
