Memorable Stay at Crowne Plaza Nottingham, Thanks to Maria's Exceptional Service I recently had the pleasure of staying at Crowne Plaza Nottingham, and I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful my experience was. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Maria, who instantly made me feel welcome with her warm and friendly demeanor. Maria's exceptional customer service skills stood out throughout my entire stay. Her attention to detail and genuine desire to ensure my comfort and satisfaction were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to meet my needs and provide assistance whenever required, leaving a lasting impression on me. The hotel itself was fantastic. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully furnished, creating a comfortable and inviting ambiance. The amenities offered were of top-notch quality, and I particularly enjoyed the well-equipped fitness center and the rejuvenating spa facilities. One of the highlights of Crowne Plaza Nottingham was its prime location. Situated in the heart of the city, it provided convenient access to various attractions, shopping centers, and dining establishments. We stayed for two nights in this hotel. The hotel is clean and tidy. The receptionists are nice and helpful. Also, the price is reasonable and the breakfast is great. However, the Nottingham city itself is ****. We paid the tram fare buy still got the penalty and the appeal got rejected. The tram officers are rude and they do not listen to what you say. It is strongly advised not to live and stay in Nottingham, unless you have plenty of money to be fined.

I’d looked at previous reviews and wasn’t sure what to expect, however we were really pleased with our stay. Location excellent, staff very pleasant and helpful. Rooms, although bathroom a little tired, everything was clean. Bed was very comfortable and bedding nice quality. Nice touches included toiletries (espa) , kettle and coffee maker. We opted for the breakfast deal. Quality and selection of food both excellent. Would definitely book again.

Had an amazing stay at Hilton Hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Breakfast was a highlight with great variety and quality. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

Overall cleanliness was good, however there was a visible stain on one of the pillows. Having a separate ironing room on each floor and everything ready to start ironing made my job much easier. There were no hand towels in the bathroom, so I had to use the body towel to dry my hands. Overall I was very pleased and it will definitely be a hotel I plan to stay at when I come back.

Clean room with perfect location, right in the centre of town. We got a room just by the fire exit, which spoiled the window view. The room had an air conditioner but you couldn’t open any window to get some fresh air, which was the most significant downside of the room. The double bed was too small for 2 person to sleep on comfortably . The staff were polite and friendly.

Great place to stay in Nottingham - the staff is really good, and it is conveniently located near the downtown, so close to public transport and Albert Hall/Nottingham Playhouse (if that is of interest - tons of good pubs nearby if your interests differ). The availability of laundry facilities is a real plus.

The location is a short 10mins walk to Nottingham castle and 15 mins to city center. The amenities is complete with washing machine, dish washer and stove to make decent meals. Both Bernie and David are very friendly and provided full explanation of the facilities. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The hotel staff are still polite and friendly, but unfortunately I checked in at 3 o'clock. I arrived on time but told me to come back at 4 o'clock. I tried the hotel breakfast, and it was delicious.
